The Almost Perfect Guide to Buying and Selling

How to be a Good Customer (Receipts)

Hey guys! Another notice from Okazaki here. I know, you guys are probably kind of annoyed with the constant notices. Well, I ran into another problem that I'm hoping that you could help with out with. As you know, we have a receipt system and such. Please use the correct format for the receipt and also name your PM "Receipt" so my PM box looks a little more organized (since I'm pretty unorganized to begin with, it'll help me out a lot)

Here's the receipt form (Quoted from the Employment Guidelines)

Quote :
When an item is sold, the customer must fill out a receipt, which is sent/PMed to Chihara Okazaki labeled as "Receipt"

The receipt is as followed:

Customer:
Employee:
Store’s Owner:
Store’s Name:
Item(s) Bought:
Total Cost:

Just copy/paste, fill it out, then send it to Chihara Okazaki.

Employees, please be sure to remind your customers in OOC to send me a receipt or else you won't get paid! If the customer sends the recepit incorrectly, the amount they originally spent will be doubled

ex. Pizza $10 will be doubled to $20. The person that sold it will then get more money but you will lose money.

How to be a Good Store Owner

Well, I just want to let you know that there's going to be a newer system when opening up a store. Its tedious to code everything so here's a template that could help you get started on your store (Note: Stores cost $20 to open)

Code:

[center][color=#3BB9FF][size=24]STORE NAME[/size][/color]
created by [INSERT YOUR USERNAME HERE][/center]

<blockquote>[center]STORE DESCRIPTION HERE[/center]</blockquote>

[center][color=#46C7C7]Items being Sold[/color]

INSERT ITEMS BEING SOLD HERE

[color=#46C7C7]Employees? [/color][color=green](Hiring!)[/color]

INSERT NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES HIRING HERE HERE

[quote][b]When an item is sold, the customer must fill out a receipt, which is sent/PMed to Chihara Okazaki labeled as "Receipt"

If you like to make a shop, please name the PM "Shops"

Also, as an owner, you have a responsibility. Please PM me EVERY FRIDAY before 11:30 PM (Ouran Time) the people that have worked that week so you and your employees can get paid. Please PM me and name your PM "Payday". Each worker gets paid $10 a week.

How to be a Good Employee

This was a suggested idea, but please PM the store owner what days you came into work. This is sort of a trust system so please do be honest.

That's it for now!
