Mina notices this and goes and gets a cloth and wets it before putting it on his head a bit concerned about him.

Mina goes and gets some child's tylenol and wakes him up enough so he can take it with some water.

Mina smiles as she looks over at Alex glad that he is able to sleep thinking he'll be able to fight off the fever better asleep then awake.
