It's Azakeru's own branch of the Family bakery. She likes to cook the food her self, and it usualy smells of baking sweets. It also could work as a cafe with a wall full of books to read while eating sweets and drinking coffee.

Haru's hands flew to cover her forehead. She glanced around the bakery, but didn't see where there would be any ice. And this would just so happen be the day she needed to buy more ice packs, therefore there were none in her med kit. Her hazel eyes fell to her cup that was now empty of all except the ice. Hm...
Haru reached under the table, into her med pack, and pulled out a wide roll of bandages. She wrapped the ice in one and tied it around her head just so, mostly hidden beneath her bangs. She smiled at Vertigo when the makeshift icepack was finished. "I probably look like a fool but oh well." she laughed lightly.

Vertigo laughed and shook his head. "I'm a horrible butler. I don't even have a med kit with me. Don't worry though. Next time I'll be prepared." he chuckled. He leaned forward and gently tilted the bandage on her forehead slightly to the right. "That'll do it." he smiled and moved back to his seat.

Haru smiled at him. "Thank you Vertigo-do..Vertigo." she touched her forehead wrapping thoughtfully.

"Oh no, Vertigo, I just remembered!" Haru exclaimed. She stood up abruptly from her chair, planting her hands firmly on the table. A few people in the bakery shot her annoyed glances at the outburst, but she was too riled up to notice.

Vertigo shook his head and raised a brow. "What?" he chuckled. "Hey, sit down and relax alright? I'm not asking you to pay me anything. Money is not an issue to me. I'm not bragging, I'm just saying the truth."

Haru sat down obediently. She gazed down at her melting ice cream sadly. "I know you're not asking..." she said quietly. "Butler's aren't supposed to have to ask. Their mistresses automatically pay them..."

Vertigo shook his head rapidly. "You're making this hard for me." he chuckled. "I told you, I'm doing this to you, and for you alone, alright? I don't need payment." he smiled.

"I'm sorry..." Haru looked off to the side. She chuckled. "I'm not a very good mistress." she looked back at him and smiled slightly. "But you're very sweet. Though I'm sure you've been told that hundreds of times." she laughed lightly.

Vertigo smiled. "Not really. I've been told I'm nice, and kind. But never sweet." he chuckled.

"Oh. We'll I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable." Haru said, smirking. She blushed slightly in embarrassment. She looked down once again at her melting ice cream.

Vertigo waved his hands. "Not at all. I was actually surprised. Thanks for the compliment." he smiled and took a sip in his coffee.

Haru smiled at him, but averted her eyes when he took a sip of the coffee. She laughed lightly. "I don't see how you can drink that stuff."

Vertigo looked at Haru. "Sorry. I didn't know you don't you like coffee at all?" he chuckled and called the waiter. "A glass of water please." he smiled and looked at Haru. "So, what other things do you hate?"

Haru waved her hands. "I don't hate it, I just...had a bad experience is all. So I'm biased." She chuckled. "Did you order water just because you thought I didn't like coffee?"

Vertigo blinked, then nodded, "I'm your butler. I can't afford to make you uncomfortable." he smiled. He took another bite on his cake. "So, if you don't mind me asking, what happened? Why don't you like coffee anyway?"

Can't afford.. Haru frowned slightly, then shook her head. She laughed and waved her hand. "I was a gullible child. Not a very interesting story actually. And...please do enjoy your coffee."

Vertigo smiled and shook his head. "It's alright. I'm better with a glass of water anyway." he smiled and thanked the waiter when he came back. He looked at Haru and scratched his head. "Okay. Haha. It's fine if you don't want to talk about it. I'm just curious." he chuckled.

Haru blew at a lock of her bang. "It was back in America...My family--which was bigger at the time--and I were at a restaurant...
"My grandfather, you see, liked his coffee black. No sugar, no milk, no cream. And once it cooled to a certain temperature, he'd always order a new cup, pouring his own coffee into any empty glass he saw. Well...he and one of my cousins decided to prank me. They poured it into my cousin's empty cup, gave it to me, and said it was a mixture of cherry and vanilla flavored Coke. Of course, loving both these flavors, I took a very large first gulp..."
She covered her face and laughed. "My grandmother yelled at them because I started choking."

Vertigo chuckled, suppressing his laugh. "That's.. interesting, Ojou. I should probably try that on you next time to." he laughed and shook his head.

Haru laughed. "You know, after all these years, I bet I'd still fall for it." she shook her head, then smiled at him. "May I ask about something from your childhood, Vertigo-san?"

Vertigo frowned. "Not if you call me that, Ojou-sama." he chuckled. "Please be used to calling me Vertigo from now on. It makes me uncomfortable if I have an honorific at the end of my name when you call me." he smiled.

(lol..btw, I'll brb really quickly.. need to take a bath first. lol)

Vertigo raised a brow and grinned. "Now that's interesting. No one ever came up with a nickname for me before. They always used to call me Vertigo. Or Ver-kun or something along those lines." he smiled.

"Well, I thought about Ver-kun, but..." Haru smiled. "I was thinking about your last name. Valentine. It's so...awesome." she laughed at her lack of a better word. "So maybe Val, or Val-kun. I don't know, just tossing ideas around." she rubbed the back of her head.
