Persona.
Casual Appearance: Raven colored hair with golden eyes that look innocent, yet seem as if they're hiding something. Small, scrawny build with a hint of muscle. Wears hoodies and cargo pants when going out, but prefers kimono or hakama when at home. At first glance, looks like an 11 year old boy due to being small with a babyface. Always seems to attract the strangest people with her eccentricities combined with attempting to mask it over with a tough act. Though usually eccentricity takes over or shows through.
Personality: shy and softspoken at first, easily angered or riled up, eccentric, yet tries to downplay it. Loves being asked for help or favors, but will never admit this.
Likes: fireworks, kabuki, kendo and cup ramen
Dislikes: ridiculously tall people, her name, bananas, and yukata
Fears: to inconvenience others, to be hated by those she has formed a bond with

Background.
Family: Grandparents, Missing Mother, and other family members. No siblings, but countless cousins, second cousins, and third cousins, as well as many uncles and aunts, whom all of only seem to show up at the yearly gatherings or holidays.
Hometown: Hokkaido
Past: Mother abandoned her as a baby after her father died. Looking at her child's face was a constant reminder of her husband. Grandparents on father's side of the family were contacted and chose to take responsibility for their son's daughter and became her legal guardians, claiming that she is next in line to become the family head and take on the clan's legacy, kabuki theater.
Additional Notes: Some were against the idea of a female becoming the head, as it is against custom. And so, a deal was made: if she can go to Ouran academy and graduate from there as a male, she will earn the other family's approval and become the next generation family head and kabuki leader.
