The infirmary.

Aiko looked at the girl in the doorway, and then looked at Akihiko. She wasn't sure what to say, and waited for Riko to say something.

Luna didn't know what to do. She sat next to him so she wouldn't have to stand at the door way.

Riko looked over to Luna and Akihiko."I don't mind."She closed her eyes."When i was five years old i lived with my family in Shimane, a small town in the country. Then on one summer day, they threw me out of the house with a few of my belongings..They yelled at me about how worthless and pathetic I was.."Her voice started to crack."A few days later,They moved far away from Shimane. Nobody pitied me..So i used some of the money i had to buy food to last a couple of months..Then slowly day by day,i traveled across Japan. Then I finally managed to get to Tokyo by age 9. I had no friends because of my hair and eyes.."She paused to let her horrid memories flash through her mind.

Aiko listened to the story, looking down at the floor. She couldn't believe parents could be so cruel. "O-oh..I'm..sorry." she wondered why people wouldn't like her because of her appearance. She shook her head and looked back at Riko. "How did you make it here at Ouran?"

Luna felt bad for the girl. True her own life was terriblely cold...but her's was so lonely. "I'm sorry..." She glanced down at her shoes.

Riko opened her eyes and smiled lightly."It's fine. Since nobody really liked me,I just focussed on grades. So then in middle school,i got a scholarship to Ouran"

Akihiko stay silent, he didn't want to give her unwanted pity, but his eyes soften when he heard Riko's story. He stared at the the floor then glanced at Riko, "Well this is a new year and school..I bet you'll meet a lot of new people and you'll have great friends here at Ouran."

Aiko smiled and nodded, "I also think so."

( Sorry, I have to go. T^T I need to get ready for some stuff with friends. :3 Bye bye! )

Riko smiled warmly."Thank You. When i was young,i had always dreamed of maybe leaving Shimane,going to school,making friends and probably getting in a relationship with someone. But So far i have one friend here..but i'm hoping that you guys can think of me as a friend too.."She said shyly.

Luna stayed quiet. The mre she listened to this girls story of how much she had to struggle through life to get here the worse she felt. Not just for the girl but for herself as well. She got here because of her father...not because she was really hard working.

"Of course I'll be your friend," Akihiko grinned, he gave Riko a thumbs up.

Kinome smiled."I'm Glad.I was worried that you wouldn't want to befriend me"

Luna nodded to her while still looking down at the floor.

"I'll befriend pretty much anyone," Akihiko said,he looked of at Luna. "Miss Luna..you okay?"

Riko smiled lightly to Luna. She took off the ice pack and slowly got off the bed.She limped over to Luna,ignoring the pain and hugged her gently."I'm sorry If my story made you sad...I really hope we can be great friends in the near future"

Luna looked up and smiled, which was sudden even for her. "I'm great! Never better."

Riko smiled warmly."That's good.I'm glad that you're alright."

"Eto..Miss Riko you're supposed to elevate your leg and leave the ice pack on for about seven more minutes," Akihiko said, he grabbed the ice pack on the floor and handed it to Riko.

Luna felt bad. She made Riko walk over to her even with her bad leg hurting her. "I'm sorry." Her sudden smile fadded and her blank face came back.

Riko smiled warmly and sat back on the bed,putting the ice pack back on her ankle."It's not your fault.Don't be so hard on yourself.."

Luna leaned back in the chair and looked out the window. "You shouldn't push yourself to much or your leg is going to get worse Riko."

Riko smiled."I'll be fine" She leaned back against the wall. "I've been through worse so it's fine. I think we're in the same class Luna.I'm in Class 1A"

Luna glanced over at her. "Yeah...we are. You going to class today?"
