Persona.

Casual Appearance: Ui usually likes to keep her long, blonde hair up into two high ponytails, allowing her bangs to flutter below her brows so they won't cover up her golden eyes. She is usually seen in gothic lolita styled clothing when not in school, especially complicated ones with many ribbons and lace. Although she dresses in lolita for most of the time, it doesn't mean she hates pants, but she rarely wears any. For some odd reason, she keeps a camera with her at all times, thinking it could keep good memories when needed. Her favorite hair accessories are headbands and ribbons, making her feel it completes her doll-like outfits.
Personality: For the most part, Ui is timid and conservative, barely allowing her face to show any real expressions. Her shyness could be thought of as cold to some, but she's just naturally very quiet. She's polite when spoken to, but very blunt about what she thinks. Whenever she's complimented, she gets very embarrassed and happy. Ui, for the most part, is just a quiet girl who gets easily flustered.

Background.

Family: Her father, Makoto Shizukesa (45), and her brother, Urei Shizukesa (12)
Hometown: Tokyo, Japan
Past: Ui's mother, a beautiful actress, died after her younger brother was born. Her father, a famous photographer, went into a slight depression for a while, but went back to work after a year. After that, Ui had great admiration for her father, wanting to become just like him. She wants to become a photographer when she gets older, but her father keeps pushing her to become a model because she was so cute. To keep her father happy, she's trying her best at it, but Urei knows what her sister really wants.
Last year, when Ui was at a photo shoot last year, she had to play in the ocean a bit for the sake of the pictures. Suddenly, a wave took her in and she couldn't find a way back up. If her brother didn't save her that day, she would've died that day. Since then, she's had an extreme fear to water and darkness, feeling they will succumb her to death. Even being alone freaks her out because she's worried there won't be anybody to save her.
Additional Notes: She has a bit of a brother complex, even if she denies it.
