Take Five

First topic message reminder :

"Take Five" is a Bar that is strangely and surprisingly a bar for all ages. Alcoholic drinks will only be served in evening hours (6 PM to 6 AM Ouran time) and will only be served to students 17+. Take Five is made to be a social place for anyone that wishes to relax for a moment in life and spend and celebrate with friends. You do not have to purchase anything to be able to enter. Great place for dates, special occasions, whatever you like. You may come in and sit down, and call a waiter/waitress over to serve you anytime. Buying anything is optional.

i stood there quietly then i looked at akira, "hi akira-kun!" i said smiling.

(I was going for an approach I saw on TV! Didn't work out..xD)

"Maybe this will work."

She pushed away his hand.

" There's a host club, for single, perfect record guys. A club Ouran held when I was a student here. There's a handful of guys here, and Hara-chan mentioned your friend, Izanagi, was going to join. Your opinion?"

i blinked...host club?....i looked at akira he was single or thats what my conclution was,

(You cannot be serious ;w; My post didn't go through again...)

He waved to Kate and smiled brightly. "Kate-san! How've you been? Can you get you anything? Water perhaps?"

He looked back at Mizune and started to ponder the thought.

"Single..."
Ouch...

"Perfect Record"
That made me feel better...kinda

"Guys." He paused and bit his lip. He was very uncertain of the offer. In all honesty, he was thinking about declining it, but when she mentioned Ichirou, he froze and tilted up his head.

"Ichirou is joining?" He paused again. He wasn't exactly being a follower and following Ichirou like a dog. He wanted to hang out with Ichirou again just like when they were younger. "I haven't seen him in awhile."

"can i have a strawberry smothie akira~! are you single? not to be rude or offencive.." i said looking at him.

"if it makes you feel anybett my cuzin kana is single to..." i said softly.

"He's about to join, yes. There's everything in it for everybody, popularity, satisfaction. For Ichirou, it's the connections and the money. You and Ichirou could spend all the hours of hosting after school with eachother and the possible others."

Mizune gave a small, sly smile. Maybe she was giving some small white lies, but all in all, she assumed to have found the answer to getting Akira into the hostclub.

"Sure!" He went to get some fresh strawberries, milk and ice from the back and froze at Kate's comment." He turned back and sweatdropped. "Eto... Yes, but I'm not interested in relationships. Just my studies for now." He sweatdropped and felt a little embrassed towards the question. He never got into a single relationship in his life so he felt a little hopeless and started questioning, what sort of person would want him as a "Host".

"I don't know about it Mizu-chan. I really told myself that I should be more dedicated to studies, not cliche groups." He paused again. "Why are you asking me anyway?"

"if your talking to me about asking the are you single thing is cause i was curious...and you act alot like kana..." i said softly.

"Just worrying on studies doesn't cut it for Universities. They look for outside activity away from classes; Clubs, Sports, Connections."

Mizune used slight gestures with her hands, following Akira with her eyes.

"As I said, only a handful of guys in Ouran. And even fewer guys that are different, original, unique, like yourself."

He smiled and started to clean the glass again. "It was directed at Mizu-chan. I don't think I know Kana-san that well."

"Universities?" He smiled more and looked back at Mizune. He was started to get more convinced. "You flatter me Mizune. I think I'm leaning towards a "Yes" towards this Host Club ordeal." He laughed a bit then paused, sweatdropping and almost in a panic. "But I'm not doing this for girls and etc." He said trying to clear it up. "It's for my future and so I can hang out with Ichirou more."

i giggled at his action towards the end. "shes really nice, soft spoken, polite...thats all i can tell you heh." i said laughing lightly. still waiting for my smoothie

"That's a good enough answer I'll accept. And if you happen to see any other guys of possible interest, be sure to speak to them about this as well."

Mizune turned and grabbed a broom. She swept up the crumbs on the floor, a small smile lit up. 2 possible members already, but then again, she had a slight murmur in her mind. Would this be successful?

Ichirou walked into Take Five through the back and tossed his coat on a hook. He walked in to see a customer, and 2 employees; working. He made no greetings and sat in his normal seat.

(Sorry, this Host Club talk is trailing me off ^^")

He started to mix the ingredients together in the blender. Waiting for it to blend thoroughly, he stopped and poured the mixture into the glass he polished. He put a straw in the tall glass and slid it down to Kate, having it land perfectly in front of her.

He turned to Mizune and nodded. "Fair enough. Wouldn't hurt to get this club going."

He heard the dog open and he turned his head, surprised to see Ichirou. He wasn't sure how to bring about this conversation about this club to him. It seemed like a strange club for the both of them to join.

She looked over to the sound of the steps that entered. Mizune's eyes fell back down to the floor that she swept, gathering the dirt and crumbs onto one area.

Ichirou reached behind himself to the cooler to grab a water bottle. It felt as though he interrupted on something, but the silence didn't bother him in the slightest. He uncapped the bottle, and gulped down the water.

He cleared his throat, wiping the counter top, trying not to break his focus, but the thought of the "Host Club" lingered in his mind. It was probably best to get it out now to keep things straight.

"I heard club sign ups are coming, thinking of any clubs yet?" He knew that he was asking a rhetorical question and Mizune probably knew as well, but he was curious to see if what she was saying was true.

Ichirou looked up at Akira's voice. He recalled the moment of speaking to Chihara. The fame and negotiations seemed intriguing.
"Yeah. Some club purple head was talking about. The Host Club, I'm thinking about it."

She listened to Ichirou's answer, a smirk dawning on herself. Chihara was true to her word after all.

"thank you akira-kun~! hey ichirou..."i said taking a light sip of the smoothie.
"how much for the smoothie?" i said pulling out my wallet.

i looked at mizune, "mizu-san what is the host club?" i asked curiously.

He held up two fingers indicated two dollars. "Hope you enjoyed it!"

He looked towards Ichirou. He was guessing the purple-head would be Chihara since there weren't many purple-heads around Ouran. Then he paused and confirmed that what Mizune had said was true.

"I think I'm joining as well." he said sheepishly

i pulled out two dollars and smiled lightly, "here you are akira-kun." i said smiling.

Mizune lifted her head to look up at her. She thought about the her years in high school, a few years ago.

"Let's just say, it was very popular with the females, and the guys enjoyed it themselves. You'll see what I mean if the club opens."

Ichirou nodded once to Akira and finished off his water bottle. He had some sort of small comfort that at the very least, someone he knew well was joining. Meeting strangers was irritiating and not worthwhile.

"oh i see i doubt i'd like it as it is i have a boy freind..." i said lightly
