Ichirou nodded, giving a hand motion that was similar of a wave. After Kazuki left, he proceeded to swim laps around the wide pool, taking small breaks between every lap.

Ame walked into the room to see Ichirou swimming. It was the first time she had seen him in here. She walked over to the edge and sat down dipping her legs in. She didn't want to get in just yet.
"Hey, Ichirou. How long have you been swimming?" she asked smiling.

He stopped, mid lap, looking over at Ame who had just entered.

"Hey."

Ichirou shrugged, he wasn't keeping track of how long he swam.

"A while, I guess."

She smiled and kicked the water making small waves in the water, "This is the first time I've seen you here," she said looking at him. He never seemed like the type of person to get into a pool.

Ichirou gave a nod, resuming his laps around the pool. He was able to cut through the small waves with ease.

Ame watched, "Have you thought about joining the swim team?" she asked watching him swim through the small waves she created.

His head broke the surface of the water again.

"There's no swim team here, that I know of."

Ichirou continued to swim his lap, occasionally lifting up his head for a breath of air.

"Well, if there was one, would you join?" she asked, her eyes never leaving him.

He stopped for his small break, giving her question a moment of thought.

"Probably that, and the basketball team."

"Good choices. She what do you like to do in your spare time, besides being dark and silent?" she asked looking at the water.

"Help out with my father's company. Walk around."

He shrugged. There wasn't much he did, yet he was able to find the smallest things to keep him not bored.

Ame thought for a moment,"You need to do more things! What does you father do?" she asked looking up at him.

Ichirou lifted himself up from the pool, sitting on the edge. He looked at his reflection, the water dripping from his hair and blurring it.

"He's a business owner and accountant."

Ame looked up at the ceiling, "At least you have a father."

"He left my momther before I was born." she said sighing, returning her gaze at the waves she was still making.

He flipped his hair to the side, and out of his face.

"Nah, not really..." she said as she got into the water. It was a little cold, but still warm.

His breathing steadied after swimming, as he leaned back on his arms and looked up at the ceiling.

Ame swam over towards him and splashed him playfully, "Ne, ne how come I or anyone else seen you laugh?" she asked.

He sunk into the water, and swam to the deeper waters of 10 feet.

Ichirou broke surface, getting a big breath of air. His eyes shifted towards Ame, nodding once.

Ame over to him, "how fast can you swim from this end of the pool to the otherside and back?" she asked looking at him.
