Vertigo smiled. "Hey, don't say that." He stood and walked over to her then sat beside her. "Besides, of all the people I've met so far, you have the brightest smile. So cheer up." he smiled.

Shiro blushed at what he said, "No I don't..."Shiro said.

Vertigo snapped his fingers, and a black rose, his favorite appeared. "Then let's ask him." he chuckled. He gently took her hand, and ran her finger across the petals. "Whatever's bothering you, you can always lean on me. I'll be here to help you out." he said softly. The color of the rose turned pink. "See. Even he agrees with you having a wonderful smile." he chuckled.

Shiro blushed, slightly but didn't smile...She looked between the rose and Vertigo.

Vertigo gently wiped her cheek with his finger. "It's alright. You can trust me." he smiled.

Shiro looked at him and tried to give him a smile.

Vertigo sighed as he looked at her. Then out of nowhere, he hugged her. "It's alright. Everything's alright. I'm here." he said softly.

Shiro blushed then, hugged back, burrying her face in the creves of his neck.

Vertigo gulped. "What am I doing? I'm in a girl's apartment." But stayed like that for a moment until Shiro has calmed down.

"..Oh..Sorry.."Shiro said and laied back down.

Vertigo looked at her. "What's wrong anyway? I'm here to listen."

"I'm just pissed I can't move that much..."Shiro said.
