Vertigo reached the convenient store in a matter of minutes. He was catching his breath rapidly as he walked in. He looked around and immediately ran to get a pop and a box of cookies and dashed out leaving the bill. "Keep the change!" he smiled.

Ame opened one of her eyes to see a fox, "Oh hello there kitsu-kun. How are you?" she asked holding out her hand. She smiled sweetly at the animal, "Ne, ne it's alright I wont bite." she said as she noticed the fox flinch at the sudden movement.

Vertigo huffed as he ran as fast as he could. He squinted his eyes when he saw something near Ame. "Wait, is that a..fox?!" he stopped on his tracks as to not provoke the animal. He decided to simply walk towards her.

The fox sat in front of Ame not moving closer. "Nani? Kitsu-kun, what's wrong?" she asked blinking. She leaned forward and offered her hand so the fox could catch her scent. The little fox made a noise and licked her fingers, "hehe, kawaii. That tickles." she said giggling.

Vertigo raised an eyebrow as he approached them. "Uhm, what just happened?" he chuckled.

The fox noticed Vertigo and began to back up towards Ame, "Ver-kun your scaring Kitsu-kun." she said placing a hand on its head and rubbing the fur gently. "Keep your voice light and don't approach Kitsu-kun so quickly."

Vertigo scratched his head then chuckled. He held up his groceries. "What about your pop and cookies?" he smiled.

Ame sighed, "Kitsu-kun, its okay he wont hurt you or me." she said running her hands down its back. The fox climbed into her lap and laid down, its eyes never leaving Vertigo. "I think it's okay now."

Vertigo chuckled and walked closer. "Here." he handed her the thing and smiled. He scratched the back of his head. "Wow, you do realize that it's a fox right? A wild fox?" he chuckled.

Ame took her pop and cookies. "Thank you. Yes, yes I know. He seems to have taken a liking to me." she said smiling sweetly down at the little animal. "Kitsu-kun is cute, just like Echo." she said handing the little fox a cookie. "Ne, Vertigo. Sit down."

(looks like a guy.lol.)

Vertigo smiled and sat beside her. He looked at the fox then frowned. "Uhm, I don't think he likes me that much." he chuckled.

Ame leaned over to Vertigo with a cookie in her mouth, "Well it's his choice to like you." she said before looking at the fox, "Ne, Kitsu-kun. Eat your cookie." she said as she watched the fox lick the said food.

(still looks like a guy.haha.)

Vertigo leaned back against the tree and sighed, placing his arm over his eyes. "I'm stupid. I completely forgot to buy water." he chuckled.

(Meanie. I find Ciel to be adorable. its just in that picture. He looks more like a 'lady' in the series)

Ame smiled and ate her cookie, "Well...I gots my pop...we can share." she said grinning, "If that's okay with you." The fox started to lick Ame's cheek. "Hehe, Kitsu-kun! S-stop it that tickles." she said turning her head away from the fox.

(you keep referring to him as 'he'. so he IS a guy!.lol lol.)

Vertigo chuckled. "So, how're you feeling? Still dizzy?" he smiled.

(BUT HE looks like a SHE which he could be a hermaphrodite.)

Ame shook her head, "Nah. I am fine now." she said looking up at him. The fox had stopped and gotten out of her lap. "Ne, Kitsu-kun...don't go yet." she said before sighing, "Cookie? Kitsu-kun? Ver-kun?"

(doesn't look like a SHE at all.lollol)

Vertigo held out his hand. "Thanks." he chuckled. "I really need some sugar right now." he smiled.

(Okay fine. I am just weird. lol)

Ame raised an eyebrow, "Sugar as in glucose? Or...?" she sighed and noticed the fox was gone. "Awe Kitsu-kun is gone..." she sighed. "To bad."

Vertigo sighed. "Sugar, as it glucose." he chuckled. "Hmm?Where'd the fox go?" he smiled as he removed his arm from his eyes.

Ame scooted closer to Vertigo and opened her pop, "I think Kitsu-kun left." she said taking a small sip from the can. She looked at Vertigo, "Want some?"

Vertigo sighed. "Thanks." he took the soda and took a sip. "I hate summer." he chuckled.

Ame swayed back and forth with a cookie in her mouth, "I like Fall...makes everything pretty." she said giggling, "Orange, red, and yellow are the colors of Fall."

Vertigo laughed. "I like winter. It's cold and it's the best place for me to roam around without passing out." he chuckled.

Ame smiled, "I was born in December, if you didn't know." she said. She took another cookie and nibbled on it. "It wasn't cold where I was. In fact, It was the opposite. Warm. Very warm."

Vertigo blinked then smiled. "That must've been nice. My hometown is the exact opposite. That's why I love it." he chuckled. "It's cold and there's almost always snow every winter." he smiled.
