"Same."Kairi looked around as shivers went up her spine."Y-you know a good place for work?"

"mina has a sandwitch shop and needs employees..."i said then reilized her shivering, i took off my jacket and covered here shoulders with it...i was wearind blue jeans and a musle t-shirt. i sat down next to her.

She smiled at him and shook her head."No it's not that...Too much monster movies.But thank you."

"are you sure...you need somewhere to stay?" i asked standin up and offering her my hand.
"you can stay at my place on the couch or in my room...mina wouldn't mind." i said.
(well night if your character says yes its apartment19!)

She took his hand and stood up."It's really nice of you but I got my own place."She waved at him."It was nice seeing you.Bye."

Kairi walked around looking for something to do.A sigh left her as she sat near a tree and leaned on it.For a moment her eyes closed but then she opened them and looked up to the sky.It was a nice day...For some reason she remembered her aunt and smiled.Wonder how they are.She thought as she sighed again.

Etsuko was lying in a tree, looking up at the clouds and sun through the leaves and branches of the tree. She looked down when she heard another person walk over and saw a girl sit down. She sat up and moved her legs so they were hanging over the branch she was on then flipped down so she was upside down with her legs holding her. "Hi there stranger."

She jumped a little and looked up to see who was the one who scared her.She saw a girl hanging upside down and smiled at her."Hey."She said and laughed."What's up?"

Etsuko chuckled, "To me? The ground." She smiled and put out her hand to shake, "I'm Etsuko." She wondered who the girl was, and smiled wider out how fun it was to scare her.

She took her hand."I'm Kairi.Nice to meet you."She smiled once again at the girl.

(Sorry, had to help my mom with something)

Etsuko brought both hands up to the branch and held on and pulled herself up into a sitting position on top the branch and crossed her ankles. "Very nice, indeed."

"So,you new here?"Kairi asked as she turned her gaze to the sky and then to a leaf which landed on fer nose.She smiled at it and then blew it away.

Etsuko fixed her hair a bit, "Yep. This is my first day actually," she took the pin holding up her out and let it fall, then put it up again to fix it. "How long have you been here?"

"A few days..."She answered and closed her eyes,letting the sun hit her face.She enjoyed the feeling and stayed that way playing with her fingers."I hope you enjoy your stay here."

Etsuko chuckled, "I don't plan on it actually." She leaned back against the trunk and took out a green apple she'd gotten from the orchards a bit ago. She wiped it off with her sleeve and took a bite, looking up at the sky.

"Why not?"Kairi asked not bothering to open her eyes.What can be more important then to enjoy youself?She thought and removed a lock of hair out of her hace.

Etsuko took another bite of the apple, still looking at the clouds slowly float along. "Because I didn't come here for enjoyment. I came here for education. All the things that give me joy are back in Hiroshima."

"Does that mean that you can't find something new you could enjoy...even more than anything else?"Kairi asked and looked at the girl.Her smile was gone and in her look there was curiosity.

Etsuko shrugged, closing one eye and poiting up at a cloud, moving her hand like she was tracing the outline of it. "Because if I spend my time trying to find things to enjoy, I'll distracted from my education, which is the whole reason I came here."

"If you say so..."She said and closed her eyes again.I sill don't get it.Kairi shook her head smiled to herself.

Etsuko took another bite of her apple, not even half way done with it. "My mouth is really small," she scrunched her lips to one side, wishing she had a bigger mouth so it wouldn't take so long for her to eat things.

Kairi stood up and streched.She walked around the tree trying to fing a better spot.When she did she sat there not really caring about anything.

Etsuko turned around on the branch so she was on her stomach, her elbows and knees hanging down a bit, and she looked down at Kairi. "Did you know that Thomas Edison, inventor of the light bulb, was afraid of the dark?"

She chucled."Well,no wonder he was seeking for light."She looked up at Etsuko."But I didn't know that.It's interesting."

Luna had decided to take a nice walk in the forest. It wasn't that she wanted to get way from everyone, she just hadn't been around trees in awhile. She had missed being close to them and sitting under them. She found a nice shady spot and sat down. "This is nice."
