"Dad you're supposed to take the plastic off first." Haru sighed into her cell phone. She was walking through the forest,looking up at the sky.

"Yeah yeah whatever. 'You got it'. Ok...sure...bye." she snapped the phone shut and slipped it into her pocket. She sighed up at the sky.

Haru walked over to sit on a large fallen tree branch. She leaned back to look up at the sky, humming her mother's song.

KAiri walked around the forest feeling really pissed off because of the dress.For some reason she wasn't able to walk normaly with it when there was no one around.But if there were people near her she didn't have a problem.She sat down with a sigh and a little curse under her breath.

Haru saw the girl in the dress sit down not too far away. She seemed upset. Haru considered going over to see what's wrong..

Kairi looked around and saw a girl nearby.For a moment she forgot about the dress and smiled.She waved at the girl with a loud "Hey!".

Haru blinked in surprise. "Um..hi?" she called back, not sure if she was waving to Haru. Well duh. Haru thought. We're the only ones here. Haru waved back with a slight smile.

Her smile got even more wide."I'm Kairi."She said and went to the girl with her hand out for a handshake.

Haru stood up from the branch and shook Kairi's hand. She smiled. "Haru Wakahisa, nice to meet you."

"Im ok." Haru said, shrugging. She was actually stuck on the Festival's Scavenger Hunt, but it was against the rules to ask for any help. So she decided to find somewhere quiet and mull over the clues. Which led her to the forest. "How are you?"

Kairi was about to go to a tree and lean on it bur she forgot she was in a dress and made a little too big step which coussed her to almost fall."Annoyed."She said glaring at the dress."no sorry,...I am fine."She said with a little laugh.

"Are you ok?" Haru asked when she was about to fall. She scanned Kairi's kimono. "And...is that dress uncomfortable?"

"I'm fine,I'm fine...."She said as she sat down and crossed her legs."And all dresses are uncomfortable."She said and smiled weakly.

Haru laughed. "Well I think it depends on the dress." Haru glanced down at her own kimono before sitting down too. She added as an after thought,"or the maker.."

"Or the person."Kairi said closing her eyes.After a moment she realised what the other girl said and smiled softly."The maker can make the dress ... less ... uncomfortable."She said and laughed at her own sentance.

"That too." Haru laughed. "But I meant like...dresses are like shoes. They fit differently depending on the style. You can be a size eight in one but only a size six in the other. Just because of the make of the dress or shoe." she looked at Kairi and laughed lightly,"if that makes any sense."

"Kind of..."She muttered with a sigh."But still...With a dress I cant sit like that."She said and tried sittling like a boy like she usualy is sitting but failed.then she just shook her head.

"No...and even if I did I wouldn't change this one."She said and played with a ribbon of the dress."It's a gift from someone special."She said and smiled at the girl.

"Oh," Haru smiled. "That's a coincidence, mine is too." she sighed. "Well, I guess you can't really change how uncomfortable it is. But maybe you just have to break it in for a while. Again," she shook her head,"like shoes."
