Family: She's an only child, and her parents are always working... so she's practically all alone.
Hometown: Tokyo
Past: Growing up as a bored, only child. Rae liked to just walk around Tokyo and do things, usually she'd go find some friends that were way older than her.. or the wrong crowd and end up running from the police.
Additional Notes: Her parents didn't want to deal with her anymore, so they sent her off to Ouran... and she hasn't heard from them for a few weeks now.
