Casual Appearance:
Originally has green sleek hair and bright blue eyes. Later on wore brown color eye contact lenses and fixed his hair into a messy style as he moved to Japan. He sometimes adds glasses to further cover up his looks. He has a tall frame and athletic body built.
Personality:
Despite being a genius that surpasses most people, Vincent is a cold-hearted person with no sense of any true kindness. He doesn't care about anything except himself and does anything even if it means hurting other people. As he moved to Japan under the name Kyosuke, everything he did was to pretend in order to gain everyone's trust to achieve his goal. As Kyosuke, he's a very cheerful lad who's friendly with everyone. But deep inside is the real Vincent who simply waits for the right time to execute his plan of taking over Japan under the British Colony.

Past:
Vincent is the second and youngest son of King Henry vi Lancaster of Britain and the late Queen Victoria. He knew that he is more capable than his older brother, but since he is the second, his older brother is the next in line to the throne. Unable to accept that fact, he talked to his father about it. His father gave him a condition that if he can successfully take over a certain country, he will succeed him as King. Due to his pride, Vincent accepted and even chose a powerful first world country - Japan. He took up a degree in BS Psychology and finished it within just a year because of his natural intelligence. There, he found out that his professor knew the art of hypnotism, and he train under him for another year.

On his 17th birthday and with his plan in place, Vincent moved to Japan and stayed over a close politics friend of his father, the Konoe family which is one of the 'great five' families in Japan. (Reference: Wikipedia). They accepted Vincent's proposal that once Japan is already under Britain, there will no longer be the 'great five families'. Only the Konoe's will suffice and will be known as the most powerful in Japan. There, he changed his looks and created a fake personality. All he needed to do was to enter the most prestigious academy in order to hide suspicion while he put his plan into action. He then used his known knowledge of hypnotism on a person to produce legal documents which he used to enroll to Ouran under the name, Kyosuke Konoe.

Additional Notes:
Vincent is an expert in defensive combat but not offensive. He finished BS Psychology in Britain at the age of 16 and had just recently learned how to use hypnotism on a person by direct eye contact. Though he can only use it twice per person. (think of Lelouch Lamperouge)
