I'm just wondering if my character can know someone who knows his true identity or maybe a friend I met here in Japan before I enrolled in Ouran.

Yeah,and I think we are allowed or if not so everyone breaks that rule.And for now no one has said anything so I doubt that we can't.

Ok on the how they met thing...
and hmmm...maybe they met on the plain to Japan (since I haven't rp yet) and Sisilia could have yelled your name to get you attention xd (annoying ^^)
