I'm just wondering if my character can know someone who knows his true identity or maybe a friend I met here in Japan before I enrolled in Ouran.

Vincent moved to Japan and changed his looks, personality, and name. He is now Kyosuke. So I was wondering if you know that Kyosuke and Vincent is only one and the same person
