The infirmary.

Kairi looked at him for a moment without saying anything."Are you out of your mind?!"She asked kind of loud after a minute or so."What if we creat some kind of poison?"

Vertigo laughed. "Don't worry. These are infirmary medicines anyway. The worst thing that could happen is a simple stomachache. Maybe. Who knows?" he chuckled. "That's why were going to try them."

Kairi looked from the medicines to him and back.She wanted to try it but still was kind of scared."Why did you have to give that idea?"Kairi asked and sighed.

Vertigo laughed. "Come on. What happened to your sense of adventure?" he chuckled.

Kairi turned to him and pointed a finger at him."Do not doubt my sense adventure."She took a deep breath and looked at the pills and other things infront of her."Ok,let's do it."

Vertigo chuckled. "Alright. To make it fair, I'll mix something that you'll drink, and you'll mix something that I'll drink. Deal?" he laughed.

"I am so going to regret this..."She muttered and nodded with a sigh."Ok,deal!"Kairi said with a smile and took the blue liquit from earlier."That's yours."

Vertigo took the blue liquid. He looked around and quickly mixed some things to create a light violet one. "And that's yours. Cheers." he laughed.

Kairi gluped as she look at the thing."C-cheers."She muttered and drank the whole thing.

Vertigo looked at the mixture and chuckled. "If I die, it's your fault." he laughed and drank the blue solution.

Kairi placed the glass back on the table and sighed."Same goes for you."She said as she looked around."It tasted funny.Bitter sweet...."

Vertigo sighed as he finished his drink. "So? Feel anything weird?"

Kairi bit her lip to supress a laugh."Nope,you?"She asked laughing.

Vertigo sighed and placed a hand over his forehead. ''Just a bit dizzy. Are you sure you don't feel anything?''

Kairi was still laughing."Nope...But for some reason I'm finding extremely funny right now."She said and went to the bed laying down placing a hand over her head with a smile.

Vertigo raised an eyebrow. ''Kairi-san? For some reason I find you extremely attractive right now.'' he scratched his head.

Kairi looked at him for a moment with serious face but then smiled all of the sudden."What!?You find me attractive just now?"She asked and gave a small laugh before turning her back on him as if she was hurt by his words.

Vertigo laughed. "You have a really great sense of humor, Kairi-san. I'll miss this." he chuckled. Then his phone vibrated. He flipped it open and read the text message. He sighed and forced a smile. "I see." he murmured. He looked at Kairi. "Sorry, looks like I have to go now." he smiled. He took his backpack. "Don't worry. We'll meet again someday anyway." he chuckled. He smiled and turned around to leave. Then stopped. He turned back, walked over to her, and pulled her into a hug. "I'll miss you" he whispered and slipped a card inside her pocket. Then let her go. "Take care. Always." he smiled and turned around for the last time and walked out of the room

'Miss this?What do you mean?"Kairi asked still with a smile as she turned to him and sat up.What's with the fake smile?She thought as he read his message.Kairi raised an eyebrow as she wasn't really getting what was going on.Just now he was smiling and seemed atleast a little happy and now...this."What?Wait where are you going?"She asked as Vertigo turned to leave.She stood up and was about to go after him but then he turned around."What's happening?"Kairi asked as she walked to her.When he hugged her she became even more confused.But it all cleared when he said that he'll miss her.Is this goodbye...forever...?Her eyes widen as she realized it,but still she didn't know what to do so she just stood there without words.That smile...How can he put on such a smile at a moment like this?!Kairi said to herself as Vertigo left and she sat back down on the bed.

At that moment she realized there was something in her pocket and took it out.It was the card he sliped in her pocket.She opened it and read the letter.After a while and after re-reading it atleast two more times she chuckled."You're mean Vertigo...very mean...Saying such things when saying goodbye...That's pure evil."She said and a small drop landed on the letter.Kairi was crying even if she didn't want,even after telling herself that nothing's gonna change with crying.Yeah,she didn't love him as a boyfriend or something like that,but she did love him as a friend...a close friend.And for him to leave like that....Another tear landed on the letter.Just then Kaiti took her thing and stood up as she scrunch the paper and walked to the door.She was about to throw the letter away,but for some reason couldn't."Damn it..."She muttered and put it back in her pocket.With that she walked out.

Lelouch walked in and placed Riko on the bed, and sat in a near by chair, he watched over her, to make sure nothing else happened

Riko is lying unconscious on the bed. She then stirs after a while.

Kiane walked in, "Srry lelouch I took Alex home, Is she allright?" Kiane asked.

"I think so, I can't see any physical marks, i think it was over work, then her body just shut down, but to do that you'll need to use up massive amounts of energy, without rest, but for now, we'll let her rest, i'm sure she'll be fine" he said softly, while watching Riko closely

Riko sat up slowly,trying to figure out where she was.

"Allright, She did look abit down on the beach..." Kiane said.
