"My father doesn't really own any companies, but he's a wealthy business man..... and my mother is..... she's my mother." Rae sighed she looked up at Kazuki.

"Yup and because some of them can talk," Kazuki said smiling, spreading his arms out for emphasis.

Looks at Rae and nods. "Ok, so you're somewhere inbetween."

Looks at Kazuki and laughs softly. "This is true."

Rae laughed and put her arms out like Kazuki did. "What does this have to do with talking?!"

"Nothing just thought I would add it," Kazuki said in a matter-of-fact tone, turning his head sideways pouting.

Smiles and laughs and replied, "Well I asked what kind of bird would you be and well, if Kazuki wants to be a talking bird, he can, plus its not very day you hear something like that."

Rae laughed at Kazuki turning his head to the side. "You're so childish..... You remind me of those Lollita girls that used to run around wearing pink dresses and lots of lace." She put her arm back over her eyes and rested her head on the wall.

Mereni looks back and forth between Kazuki and Rae. "Who?"

"Nya! I don't wear dresses... I mean yeah my grandma did that to me, but I was only five," Kazuki said, but then covered his mouth.

Great.. blackmail material for Rae...

"Lollita?" Rae wondered if she really didn't know what Lollita was. "It's a kind of style that mimics Victorian dolls.... you know, frilly dresses and parasols. Sometimes they wear a top hat. BUT all of them try to act like children because it's cute. Unless you're talking about a gothic Lollita."

After she head what Kazuki said about his grandmother dressing him in dresses, she moved her arm to look at him. "Oh so grandma put poor little Kazu-chan into dresses when he was younger?" She smirked.

"Er..NO?!" Kazuki exclaimed loudly, blushing slightly.

Looks at Kazuki confused. "You're grandmother, dressed you in dresses?"

Looks back at Rae, and sits on knees, "Oh. Well now thats just plain sad."

Rae chuckled quietly. "I bet Kate would love to hear this... wouldn't she?" She looked up at Kazuki. "To hear that her crush used to be a 'Grandma's Boy' running around in dresses?" She smiled widely.

Looks back up at Kazuki and then back to Rae.

Tip: Never give Rae deep dark secrets she can use against you

"Nya~ I was five and my grandma is very very very scary okay...she wouldn't leave me alone," Kazuki said, shivering at the memory of his grandma.

"It sounds like she was senile and didn't know that you were a boy until you were five or so?" Rae popped her shoulder. "So Kate will also learn that your Grandmother is crazy neh?"

Smiles and shakes head and mouths "Wow." and looks at Rae when she popped her shoulder. "You pop....your shoulder?"

"Eh? Sure..she's dead anyways," Kazuki said blankly, but then smiled and looked at the other girl. "Nya~ I never got your name..Mine is Kazuki, Kazuki Fukukawa."

Smiles and answers, "Mereni Rinhatto."

Mereni.... that's another strange name.

"Mereni... you're not as stupid as you look."

Rae made a tch sound.

Grandmother is dead............ mmmmm.

"Well, I could always tell Kate that most of the people in your family go crazy once they hit a certain age.... it's not too big of a lie. Your grandmother dressing you up would be a great example neh?" She laughed throwing a rock out at the school's wall. "But I don't really have anything to gain by telling her that."

Looks at Rae and tilts head slightly, "Should I take that has a complement or no?"

"Nya~ Exactlly...mah I really don't know much of my family," Kazuki said smiling lightly. "Especially my birth parents," he whispered softly, his eyes sadden slightly before going back to normal.

Looks at Kazuki and smiles softly. "If I was a bird, I think I would be a robin."

"Hmm, I'd take it as a compliment." Rae grabbed another rock, aiming at one of the highest windows in the school. She missed the window sadly. "It means that you don't fit the stereotype of being pretty and dumb neh? A robin flew into my window once and died though... maybe you're only smart with somethings." She laughed quietly.

Rae looked up at Kazuki, seeing him look sad for a minute. "Are you an orphan like Nami? Did someone else in your family raise you considering you know who your grandmother was?"

"Adopted...but I don't mind..err it was actually my adopted dad's mom..though I call her grandma," Kazuki repiled smiling happily, remembering how nice his adopted family was to him. "My parents are dead..well that's what I hear anyways."
