Mereni nodded and said, "Well I love Akihiko, and you are like a brother."

"So you're saying that Akihiko is like a husband?" Kazuki stated more than asked. He blinked the smiled, "Yay! I have another Nee-chan!"

Mereni laughed softly and shook her head. "More that he is my fiancee than husband."

"Still the same to me," Kazuki said, he looked around the dining room then looked at the ceiling.

Mereni smiled and took a bite of the peach. "So do you have a girlfriend?"

"Nope~..I'm not really planning to get one," Kazuki said, he rested his head on the palm of his hand as he smiled. "But we'll just have to see, ne?" he said, laughing a little. "I want to focus on my school work before I get one."

Mereni smiled and nodded. "That's the best thing to do."

"Yeah," Kazuki bit into his apple and chewed it a few times before swallowing it. "So anything new with you besides a boyfriend?"

Mereni shook he head. "nope, but my dad wants to get together soon."

"You taking Akihiko with you?" Kazuki asked, he interlaced his fingers and placed them on top of the table before resting his head on them

"Yeah. He wants to meet my father too." Mereni replied, leaning back.

"Well I hope you and Akihiko have a long relationship," Kazuki said, smiling warmly at Mereni.

"Thanks. Me too." Mereni replied hugged Kazuki.

"So what ya wanna do now?" Kazuki asked, hugging Mereni back.

Mereni shrugged. "I don't care."

"Let's go somewhere," Kazuki suggested, looking up at the ceiling. "We could go somewhere of your choice."

"Ok. How about the beach?" Mereni suggested.

"Okay then let's go," Kazuki said as he walked towards the door. He stopped and leaned against the frame of the door, waiting for Mereni.

Mereni got up and walked over to Kazuki and smiled.

Ichirou carried his tray and set it on the table, skillfully pulling out his chair, all without making a single noise. He ate steadily. Finally, an actual excuse for a meal aside from Akira's..."cooking."

He began to eat the France-imported pasta, taking occasional gulps at his water.

Ame walked into the dinning room with her cell phone out. She sighed and closed it. She placed it in her back pocket. She looked around and saw Ichirou eating alone. She went to get an apple and walked over to Ichirou.

"Hey there Ichirou. I haven't seen you in a while," she said standing in beside him. "May I sit?" she asked.

(French-imported pasta? Really?)

(Yeah, any problems?)

"Hey, go ahead."
He continued to feed on the pasta, forking the salad and eating it too.

(No, not at all. Just saying...)

She pulled up a chair in front of Ichirou and took a bite out of her apple. She looked at his food,"What are you eating there?" she asked.

"Salad. Pasta. Scallops. Mango. Clam Chowder."
Ichirou held a big hunger, and ate in big servings.
