Dining Room

"I just had a feeling," Yoru mused, he closed his eyes and leaned against his chair.

Etsuko yawned again and grabbed a strawberry, taking a small bite off the tip. "Hey Yoru..?" She mused, looking up at the ceiling.

Yoru opened one of his eyes and turned his head to look at Etsuko, lazily, "Hm?"

Etsuko opened her mouth, but then closed it again, her face going to indfference as she took another bite of the strawberry. "Why do they call it a grape fruit when it's so much different from a grape?"

"Hm..maybe someone mistaken it for a grape," Yoru said chuckling, he ran a hand threw his hair and shrugged.

Etsuko scoffed, "Who could mistake this little thing," she held up a grape from the tray, "for a big round fruit with a thick, hard skin around it?" She gave Yoru a 'Yeah, right' look.

"Maybe that person was blind," Yoru retorted, he leaned back on his chair and took a drink of his water. "Or maybe the inside of the fruit reminds the person of a grape."

"Even if they couldn't see it, they can still feel it." Etsuko placed the grape on the tip of her tongue and pretended to balance it like a little ball before eating it. "The inside?" She mused, thinking it was more like a blood orange than anything else.

"Meh I don't know..I'm just spouting nonsense," Yoru said dully, he put his arms behind his head and yawned.

Etsuko laughed lightly and turned sideways in the chair so her legs were hanging off on arm and her back was against the other so she was facing Yoru, "I like you Yoru. Don't change too much, kay?" She put out her finger for him to pinky promise not to.

"I'll try not too," Yoru said, he smiled lightly and wrapped his pinky around Etsuko's.

Etsuko smiled gently, a cool relaxation soothed her eyes, like a weight was just lifted off her conscience. "Good. If you change, I'm comin' after you," she said the last part jokingly and chuckled.

Yoru laughed and shook his head, "Just remember I'll either be near food or water..pretty much." He stretched a little and crossed his legs.

Etsuko chuckled, "Just remember to wait half an hour to get in water after eating." She picked up another tart and popped it into her mouth, starting to feel full.

"Don't worry I'll wait 45 minutes just to make sure," Yoru joked, he took a sip of his water and cracked his knuckles.

Etsuko squinting one eye when he cracked his knuckles, "Ewie! Don't do that! You're going to have arthritis when you're older." She shook her head, people cracking their knuckles was just one of those things..

Yoru raised his hand in defense, "Okay okay I won't." He interlaced his fingers together and rested his head on them.

Etsuko put her hands in her lap and leaned back in the chair, "Thank you." She bobbed her head side to side a bit, a curious, thinking expression on her face.

Yoru hummed a tuneless tune and closed his eyes.

Etsuko leaned forward and poked Yoru's side, a slight smile on her face.

Yoru yawned lightly as he entered the Dining Room. He leaned against the frame of the door, glancing around the place only to find no one expect the hired chefs cooking. He pushed him self off the wall and took small strides towards a food cart,taking a tray, he placed different types of food before taking a seat at a near by table.

Yoru rubbed his eyes,placing a tart in his mouth. He leaned his on of the palm of his hand, chewing the tart before swallowing it.

Shiro-hi walked into the Dinning hall and sat there quietly.

Mereni smiled and walked into the dining room. She saw Shiro-hi, sitting there alone and walked over to her. "Hey there Shiro-hi."
