Yoru nodded and pick Jaylne up bridal style, "This will be easier for both of us and just cause I'm doing this doesn't mean I'm letting you be my friend." He walked towards the infirmary.

Yoru looked at the roses, decided whether he should pick on or not. He touched the rose only to pull away a second later. He sighed and plucked the rose off the bush. He felt liquid trail down his hand, but ignored it.

Mereni walked into the garden and smiled. She walked over to the lilies and knelt down by them.

Yoru glanced at his hand, "Damn." He just looked at his bleeding hand, not doing anything about it.

Mereni looked around, hearing someone and smiled softly seeing Yoru. "Nice to see you again, Yoru."

"Yeah..," Yoru said, still looking at his hand. He looked at Mereni from the corner of his eye, "Did you know you can bleed from roses?"

Mereni laughed lightly and said, "Yes I know that you can bleed from a rose. They have thorns." She took the ribbon from her hair, and tied it on Yoru's hand, stopping the bleeding.

"Thorns..are like spikes..right?" Yoru asked, looking at Mereni.

Mereni nodded, took the rose from Yoru and held it up. "Yep." She pointed to a thorn. "It's somewhat of a defensive for them."

Yoru nodded and grabbed the rose. He started to take off the thorns.

Mereni smiled softly and walked over to a bench. "You sound like a little kid, Yoru."

"Hn," Yoru finished taking off the last of the thorns. He grinned, "Done~" He looked at Mereni, "I probably will sound like a kid sometimes."

Mereni smiled and laughed softly. "Don't we all?" She sat down on the bench and looked at the irises nearby.

"Yeah I know," Yoru said, he stood up and stretched. He held out the rose to Mereni.
