The Lake

"How have you been?" I asked.

"Fine..."She muttered but then a little sigh left her."You know,somedays you just don't feel right,not yourself.Well today is that day for me."

"I'm sorry to here that.." I said.

"Don't be."She said with a smile."It'll end soon."

"OKay.." I said yawning.

She closed her eyes relaxing maybe even falling asleep but it wasn't clear.Kairi was silent trying to clear her head of the thoughts that were there.

I started to doze.

Another sigh escaped her as she opened her eyes."I'm bored..."She whispered more to herself then started humming an relaxing melody.

"Sorry if i don't talk that much.." I said.

"No,it's no problem..."Kairi shook her head lighty with her eyes still closed."The thing is I talk too much."She said and laughed a little.

"No you don't.." I said

"Hnn..?"She looked at him and gave him a soft smile."You're the first one to say that.But I hate the silence so I would even listen to myself talking."

"I don't blame you.." I said.

She shut her mouth up and picked up a little stone playing with it in her hand remembering a mvie she saw...a funny movie so she smiled.

I sat up and streached.

Kari slowly fell asleep feeling tired as she didn't get any sleep last night.

Haru sighed, adjusting the bag of groceries in her arms. Her dad had been "too busy", as he has been for a while now, so Haru was responsible for making her sisters dinner.As usual. Passing the lake, Haru decided to sit down for a while. Her sisters were at a Boys&Girls Club in town,so she didn't have to be home any time soon.
Haru took a seat by the lakeside, setting her bag beside her, and pulled out her mini sketch pad. She began to draw the geese on the lake.

i looked into the water.
"Haru-Chan~!" I said.

Haru looked up. Nobody here called her Haru-chan before, especially not a guy. She looked toward the voice though and smiled when she saw Kiane. "Oh, hi Kiane-san!" she called.

"Hey.." I said sitting next to her.

Kairi's eyes flew wide open as she woke up and took a deep breath.She blinked only so the dream would go away.She stood up and noticed a girl,she was talking to Kaine.Kairi gave her a small smile then turned around walking away."See you guys later."She said with little fear in her voice.After a moment she was gone.

"Um...weren't you talking to your friend?" Haru asked lowly, glancing at the girl she'd noticed had been talking to Kiane. Then she realized the girl was leaving. "Oh." she said, and waved with a small smile.

"Okat kairi-san~!" I said.

"She was sleeping..." I said to Haru.

"Was she...ok?" Haru frowned slightly. When she saw the girl wake up, she look somewhat frightened.

"I don't know, she doesn't tell me..." I said.
