The Lake

"Hai~" I said, relaxing.

"That's good." Haru stood up and flicked the stone across the water, watching it skip. "So what's new?" The stone skipped six times before sinking.

"My aunt just got married, so me and alex went to her wedding." I said, saihin.

"Congratulations to your aunt." Haru smiled warmly."Did you and ototo-san enjoy the ceremony?"

"Yea, but the one thin is...I had to deal with Shishi..." I said, still relaxin.

"Shishi?" Haru asked, sitting down on the edge,looking at Kiane.

"Ex-Girlfreind...She still loves me and everything~"I said, closing my eyes and reverting back to the conversation we had.

Haru face palmed. "She isn't threatening you yet is she?"

"Threatning? No...She asked to et back with me...I said no I moved on its about time you did too, she got very very angry and attempted to stab me with a butter knife...but she couldn't do it..." I said, looking at the sky.

Haru sweat dropped mentally. And stabbing attempt isn't threatening?! "Wait, what do you mean 'she couldn't do it'?"

"I told you she still loved me...She couldn't kill me even if she wanted to~" I said, closing my eyes.

"Of course not." Haru mentally slapped herself. She sighed, looking out over the water. "Well...it is unfortunate that she still loves you." she glanced at him."Nevertheless, you're okay. And that's the good thing."

I shruged, "Actually I was hoping she was going to stab me.." I said.

"Why?" Haru bit her tongue, trying not to freak out. She'd learned recently that staying calm was the best way to handle a situation.

"Maybe I would have felt her pain....Maybe I would have saw her pain...." I said, sighing in relaxation.

"You feel bad about your break up..?" Haru asked, a bit unclear on the 'pain' he spoke of.

"No I don't feel bad about our break up...She was bossy...But for some reason she stil loved me...It was and is a One-sided love....Whats it like to have O-ne-sided love..." I said.

"I wouldn't know." Haru quietly admitted, shrugging. "I never had a boyfriend actually..." I've been too busy being a mother to the twins...

"Why not? If you would take the time to get to know a guy they would deffinetly like you~" I said, softly.

"I wouldn't have time." Haru smiled sadly. "I only just made time for friends..." she looked at him and smiled. "But never mind about me. About Shishi..I think she'll come around sooner or later. Just give her some time and she'll leave you alone"

"Its, been 5 years, since our brake up...."I said..

Haru looked up at the sky. "Five years, and you've made it clear that you're over her..." she thought out loud. "Then...she obviously has separation issues. Do you know if she's had boyfriends before you?"

"I was her first.." I said.

"That's it then." Haru nodded. "She's heart broken, like all others who break up with their firsts. It will take longer to pass than future break ups...but as I said, I think if you can somehow encourage her that there's someone waiting for her, she'll get over it."
