Playground

First topic message reminder :

Yoru laughed and ran around the playground just for fun.

Mereni looked up and saw Kate. "Hey Kate. What's up?"

Kate sighed and looked atthe sky.

"Earth to Kate!" yelled Mereni, looking at her friend.

"Oh...Hi Mereni-san"Kate said.

"You ok?" asked Mereni, looking at her friend with concern.

"Yea, just don't worry okay..."Kate said.

"Too late now." replied Mereni, pushing off the ground, swinging abit.

Kate sighed.

Mereni smiled softly and asked, "What's up?"

"I don't feel like talking about it..." Kate muttered.

(BRB shower)

"Ok." replied Mereni, not wanting to pry.

Kate sighed, as her phone rang. She ignored it.

Mereni smiled softly, and hummed a tune.

Haru entered the playground, already heading for the swings. She sat down and began to swing, staring up at the sky the whole time. Looks like rain... she thought.

Lelouch walked in sat down on a bench, and sighed as he bowed his head, his hair covering his face

Haru wandered into the playground on her cell phone. "No Dad, do not put metal in the microwave!" she covered her face with her free hand and moaned inwardly. She walked half-mindfully over to an empty bench.

Lelouch turned, and laughed softly, hoping she didn't hear him

"Because it will explode." Haru sighed, taking off her glasses and massaging her temples. "Just wait 'til I come home please. You know you can't cook." she listened to her father, staring blankly up at the sky.

Lelouch laughed a bit harder, still hoping she didn't notice

Haru glanced in the direction of the laughter and noticed the familiar looking boy for the first time. She closed her eyes and sighed into the cell, "Well then order in or something. The twins like pizza." she listened for a minute. "Dad just pick up and dial the number, it's not that hard." she listened again. "Yes..yes..ok. You're welcome..Yeah sure. I'll pick them up tomorrow." she listened a last time, then snapped the phone shut. "Useless old man." she muttered and laid down on the bench, hand over her face.

Lelouch looked away when she glanced at him, feeling bad that he laughed

Labelisa yawned as she walked into the park, Luna and yochi walking on either side of her.

Lelouch turned hearing footsteps, "Hey Bella" he called to Labelisa, smiling

Haru sat up when her cell phone vibrated. "Yes Dad." she sighed, then listened. "It's on the fridge...I don't know, that's where you put it...I don't know Dad...Well look in the phone-book, that's what it's there for."

Labelisa blinked and looked over and smiled "oh hey Lelouch" she said walking over to him, luna and yochi following along
