The River...

Evangeline held tighter. "Okay." she nodded. "But really, where's the fun of simply holding here. Ohohohoho! Go faster my dear, fight for your honor. Or the frog's will catch catch up. Ohohohooho!"

Kairi stopped at the spot and let Evangeline down."Ok that's it.Bye-bye."She said with a soft smile and started running again.

"WHAT? Hey don't abandon your queen!" She ran behind her and in a matter of seconds was running alongside her. "What a bad bad servant. You're making your great royal highness Evangeline, run. Geeez." she pouted.

KAiri was about to run even faster but remembered their conversation earlier and stopped.A loud sigh left her."Get on."She said while looking around for any frogs.

"Hahahaha!~ Got chu!" she winked playfully as she continued to run without stopping, leaving Kairi back and the sounds of the frogs grew louder and louder. "Hihihi, who's about to cry now? Neahaha~" she waved and dashed even faster.

Kairi looked around noticing all the frogs.She stepped on one leg and shivered."For the love of..."She muttered and looked up seing a branch.She jumped up and cought it.She pulled herself on it and hugged the tree with her eyes closed.Damn it...damn it...

Evangeline stopped on her tracks when she saw Kairi climb up a tree once again. "Oh for crying out loud, is that the only thing that comes to your mind when there are frogs?" she walked back to her. She took three stones, then threw one on the river with a loud splash that would catch the frogs' attention. She then threw another one, and then another one, until the frogs were all hopping and croaking back towards the river.

She looked up at Kairi. "Oi. Be thankful your queen has an IQ of over 200, or you'll probably be spending the whole night up that branch. Hehehe."

Kairi still had her eyes closed and her arms around the tree.All the noise was driving her mad and she shook her head even when she heard Evangeline refusing to go down or even open her eyes.

I guess I can't make her go down then? she thought then snickered. Yeah right.

"Alright. If you don't want to go down, then fine by me. I'm just a few blocks away from my destination anyway, so, buhybye. Good luck having fun up there." she shrugged and turned around. "Ah, and good luck when they return. I mean, you know, they can't stay on the river forever. They'll probably be back soon. Sooooo, good luck on that." She grinned and started to walk away.

Kairi opened her eyes and looked around seing that the frogs weren't there.A small sigh left her as she jumped down feeling scared as hell.But even so she started running away from that place.

Evangeline blinked twice as Kairi went past her. "Not even a thank you?" she laughed as she ran and followed behind her.

Not too long after Kairi reached a more peacful area that seem to not have frogs and stopped.She then turned to Evangeline after catching her breath."Thank you."

Evangeline was already almost crawling on the ground of exhaustion. "Hah. Hah. No...worries. Hahaha. Any..time" she sighed and sat on the ground, catching her breath. "But wow, you do run fast when you're scared. Ahahha~"

"HAha..Very funny."She said and glared at Evangeline.Then KAiri sat down and hugged her knees.

Evangeline sighed and leaned her head against Kairi's shoulder. "That was tiring. Didn't you even feel exhausted?" she went back to her normal breathing

"Oh, and about the thing you did back there."She closed her eyes to rest. "Thanks."

"Not even a little."She said and turned to Evangeline."Hey what are friends for?"She asked with a small laugh.

She grunted. "Ugh, don't even start with the dramatic events. A simple 'your welcome' will suffice." she snickered.

KAiri laughed."Ok then.You're welcome.Is that better?"She asked with a smile.

Evangeline nodded childishly. "Better." She moved back and rubbed her eyes. She then looked at the moon.

"I'm hungry."

Kairi stood up and patted her clouths."Ok let's go grab something to eat.I want to get away from this place anyway."She said and started walking.

Evangeline stood up as well, patting her clothes and followed behind Kairi, not really knowing where to.

Mereni walked over to the river and took off her jeans and sweater. She figured a cool dip in the river would help her clear her mind, so she walked into the water and dived under.

Ria walked down the river bank her black boots were up next to a tree along with her blue pack and guitar, her pants were rolled up so they wouldnt get wet as she walked through the water at ankle deep.

Lelouch walked along the river bed, as he searched for something do to, until he spotted someone, "Hey" he said softly walking over to her

Ria heard someone say something and turned around her purple eyes scanning the tall figure of a boy that was now befor her, "Hai," she said and looked up at him.
