Riko smiled and nodded."It's late and you must be tired Yoru"

Yoru nodded and stood up. He held out a hand for Riko and yawned again.

Riko smiled and held his hand.She ruffled his hair lightly.

Yoru gave Riko a tired grin before he rested his head on her shoulder. "...Riko~ Yoru wants to go to the apartment," he whined softly as he clung on to Riko.

Riko giggled."Alright Yoru,if your back hurts from leaning on me,it's not my fault for being shorter than you"She smiled as they headed to their apartment.

Mereni walked onto the fields and sat down, looking at the dark sky. She sighed and hummed a tune.

OOC: Oh riiight~ The fields! lol. I didn't even know there's a topic called The Fields.. XD nah well.

IC:

"Uwaaaah!~ Stop following me!" Evangeline was running as fast as she could away from a black dog that was actually chasing her. "What did I do wrong?!" she grunted teary-eyed, then she caught a sight of a girl nearby.

"Stranger-saaaan~ A little help?" she beamed as she went past her.

Vertigo was having his daily jogging exercise when he spotted a girl in the fields. He removed his ipod and approached her. He slightly bent down towards her. "Hi" he smiled. Then he heard a familiar voice, and he blinked. "Wait, is that Eve-chan? Again?" he looked around and saw her.

Mereni smiled at the boy. "Hi." She looked over to see a girl running from a dog. Mereni laughed slightly and whistled, calling the dog over.

Evangeline finally slowed into a jog and eventually stopped, resting her hands on her knees as she continued to pant. "Ugh. Baad~ doggie. Totally NOT cute." she pouted. She looked up at Vertigo. "Ara? Vertigo-pyon? What are you doing here?" she tilted her head, but immediately turned to the other girl.

"Nyaa~, thanks. But how did you do that?" she raised an eyebrow. "When I walked pass that, thing, it suddenly chased me with no apparent reason."

Vertigo blinked. "Wow. You're pretty skilled at handling dogs." he smiled at the girl.
He looked at Evangeline. "I was having my daily jog. Until you came with that crazy entrance." he chuckled.

Mereni smiled and scratched the dog behind his ear. "Thanks. If you had the smell of food on you that would be why. Or he just wanted to play with you." She looked up at them. "I'm Mereni Rinhatto."

Evangeline blinked, remembering she just had an ample lot of ice cream and sweets a while ago. "Err, does ice cream count? Because if not, then I don't like the way that thing plays with others." she pouted. "It's scaary~" she muttered.

Then she smiled. "Nyaa~ Nice to meet you then, Mereni-san. I'm Evangeline Francoise Van Houzen. But you can call me Evangeline." she beamed.

Vertigo chuckled. He straightened, then snapped his fingers. A blue rose appeared. "And I'm Vertigo. Vertigo Valentine." he slightly bent down and gave the rose to her. "A pleasure to meet you Mereni-san."he smiled.

Mereni smiled and took the rose. "Thank you Vertigo-san. Nice to meet you both. And yes ice cream does count." She scratched the dogs back and he rolled over, so Mereni rubbed his stomach.

Evangeline narrowed her eyes and looked up at Vertigo. "Show off. Where's my edible rose?" she grunted. She looked at Mereni. "By the way, what are you doing here anyway?" she tilted her head as she asked.

Vertigo chuckled and clapped his hands. A green rose appeared. "Here. Apple flavored." he laughed.

(aww, i need to go now. I'll be back for later. bye^^)

"Theses are edible?" asked Mereni, shocked. She smiled at Evangeline and said, "I'm going through a rough patch right now."

"No they're not!" she chuckled. "Only mine are. Hehe. I requested them." she laughed. Then tilted her head and decided to sit beside her to rest. "Rough patch?"

Mereni nodded and said, "Yeah. My dad's work has him in some serious stuff." The dog got up and laid his head in Mereni's lap.

Evangeline looked at her. Then snickered and looked up at the sky. "Oooh~ by some serious stuff, you mean like dangerous stuff?"

"Yeah..." mumbled Mereni, looking at the dog while absentmindly petting the dog.

"Hmm~ If you don't mind me asking, what's your father's job anyway?" she asked.

"He is a detective with police in town." replied Mereni.

Evangeline looked at the dog. "Hmm~ That really is pretty dangerous. So, what happened?"
