The Boardwalk

First topic message reminder :

The Boardwalks lined with street vendors.

"hmm..hey mina what do you think of this?" i said.

Mina looks at him and goes over and looks at the choker curiously. "It's really nice," Mina says to him.

"how would you think if it was on you?"i said sweetly.

Mina blinks. "It would look really pretty," Mina says to him not knowing why he would buy it for her.

"okay would you like it?" i asked her.

"Yeah but I don't need it," Mina says to him not wanting him to have to waste his money on it.

"but it would look nice on you." i whispered in mina's ear.

"I know but I don't want to have to waste the money on it," Mina says to him a light blush on her face.

"i don't think i'd be wasting my money, i can buy if for you." i said smiling

"I don't really need it though," Mina says to him not wanting him to spend his money on a piece of jewelry.

"you sure mina, i want to buy you something though."i said

"Why would you want to buy me something though?" Mina asks him not understanding why.

(She doesn't know that he likes her.)

"i like her and i've only known her for a short time..." i thought mentally hitting my self.

Mina blinks and wonders what is going through his head as they stand there. "Fine you can buy it for me," Mina syas to him. "If you want to though you don't have to," Mina says to him.

"okay!"i said kissing her cheek and grabbing the choker heading to the checking boothe.

Mina blushes when he does that and follows him to the checkout area.

"hello i would like to buy this, choker." i said putting it on the counter and pulled out my wallet and waited for the cashier to tell me how much the choker was.
"okay that will be 50.95 please." the clerk said.
"okay."i said pulling out 52 dollars.
"here keep the change." i said grabbing the choker.
"here mina." i said softly.

Mina is quite surprised by how much it cost. " You didn't have to spend so much," Mina says to him as she looks at the chocker then at him.

my father owns one of the stores i don't remeber which one...though..." he said smiling.

Mina looks at him a bit surprised but moves her hair out of the way so he could help her put it on.

i put it on her neck and then smiled.

Mina lets her hair back down and turns around to let him see how it looks. "How does it look?" Mina asks him.

"beautiful...just like you." i said softly smiling.

Mina blushes when he says that. "That's sweet," Mina says as they leave the store.

i smiled, "thank you, mina." i said.
