Shy? Aheh... pretty energetic for being shy He patted his hat and eyes kept shifting back in forth, he shrugged and let the two of them go on. It seemed like he become an audience, watching their little episode. None the less, it was fun to watch.
"We'll I've never really paid attention to my hair that much, should it be a compliment?" His eyes narrowed, he smiled a little while rubbing his chin.

Ame sighed and looked away, "Oh watch me! I am not grounded! And who said I liked him like THAT!" she said a light blush graced her face.

"Ano....Yeah I think it would be a compliment"

He raised an eyebrow and tilted his hat up

"That was kind of blunt don't you think Ame-san? So.." He was sort of confused at their little episode. He sweatdropped but his expression dulled out, along with his eyes. "So what way do you like me?"

Ame nervously laughed, "I can be blunt at times...." she said, "H-how would I know...I just met you!" she said turning her gaze away from him.

He swayed his hand and fixed his hat. He had a habit of constantly tightening it
"Relax, I'm only teasing," He laughed. He felt guilty, however, he loved joking around and teasing people. It was his specialty, that and being oblivious to everything around him.

*starts walking and smirks sneaking up behind Akira* "Hey blond hair hows it going?"

Ame sighed, "I like everyone as friends, It is my first day here." she said softly.

She saw a girl come up behind Akira.

"Hey names Rei... you new around here?"

He caught her at the corner of his eye and side stepped and smiled. He tipped his hat.
"Nothing much Sensei-in-training, and its Akira, Akira Fukuyama."

(He's quick on his feet, says in his application)

*smirks* "Alright I like blond hair better, but your name is your name, so whose your friend?"

Ame sighed, "My name is Ame Hikari, and yes I am new here" she said under her breathe looking away.

"Eh... did I say something wrong?" *looks between Akira and Ame*

He laughed and gave her a dull smile to return to his smirk, "I can't say she's my friend..." He rubbed his chin. He had a hard time calling people friends especially when he's only met them, "but she lost something so just giving her a hand,"

He put his hands in his pockets and shrugged in question.
"Not too sure, Sensei, so what's up Ame-san?"

"No," she smiled, "I am just tired thats all, and I still havn't found my notebook..."

She looked down and let out soft sigh before turning around and walking down the boardwalk once more, "I am going to keep looking.."

"Why do you want it so badly? Can't you just buy a new one?"

He glanced over to the Sensei-in-Training, while tapping his cheek,
"Its has sentimental value is what I heard,"

"Ehh... seriously? like what Ame?"

She stopped walking and turned around, a sad look on her face, "Its all I have right now, it has my stories, my diary and its personal, like Akira's hat." she said trying not to cry.

*walks over and pats her back* "Don't worry we'll help... right Akira?" *Narrows her eyes towards him*

She smiled softly and looked back at Akira, "He said he would help," she said softly.

He nodded and stretched his arms out a bit.
"Of course, it seems important," He took off his hat and started to stared at it. He never really thought about his hat an being important to him but however Ame mention, perhaps it was. He always thought it was a tool to hide his tangled hair. He walked over to Ame and put the hat on top of her head (Yeah, lets say its a fedora, I couldn't decide what it could be)"If you don't find your notebook, you can have my hat. I've outgrown it a bit anyway," He shrugged and started to go hunt for Ame's notebook. He had confidence that they were going to find it, but perhaps doing that somewhat kind deed would ease up the tensions.

"Ok first's things first do you remember where you had it last?"

Ame blushed and smiled and then looked up and Rei, "Sadly...no, but how about we go look over....there!" she said pointing in a random direction, she was feeling better that the two were helping her, "Oh, and Akira, if we still find my notebook, I still want you hat!"

*giggles covering her mouth* "Well if your giving away free hats I would like one too"

She smiled at Rei. At first she thought Rei was just anouther girl that had a crush on random boys, but she was different. "Ne, ne Rei-san! He might not have another one..." she said laughing a bit.
