"In a good way or bad way?" she asked. She looked over to where the blue jay had been but, as she expected, it was gone. It often happened that way. It was like the birds knew when she was drawing them. Hey, maybe they did.

"What were you thinking about earlier?" Yoru asked, he closed his eye and let out a breath.

Haru leaned back on her hands and looked up at the sky again. "My family too, actually."

"Do you mind telling me about them?" Yoru asked, he glanced at Haru before shifting a little to make himself more comfortable.

"Well you know the twins." Haru smiled, thinking of their time at the park. "And my dad...well..." she closed her eyes for a moment to think. "He's ok...Just not around much. So I'm pretty much stuck raising Hanabi and Hanako." she opened her eyes. "I don't really mind though. They're sweet kids."

"Busy with work?" Yoru assumed, he rested his arms behind his head. "Yeah Hanako and Hanabi are cute."

"Yeah." Haru said, to the question and comment. She pulled out her glasses but just looked at them. "They seem to like you and the others. So that's good."

Haru looked at Yoru, a bit surprised that he'd notice. Nobody ever did. She looked back down at them. "I guess you could say that...they were my mother's."

"She's gone..huh? Just like mine?" Yoru asked, he sat up and looked at Haru's glasses.

Haru nodded and smiled sadly."She was sick...I guess I'm glad she's out of her misery but.." she shook her head. "The twins need a mom. Not an older sister." She sighed, slid on the glasses and laughed lightly. "I don't even need glasses."

"At least they have a female figure in the family," Yoru said, he smiled lightly and glanced at Haru. "You look nice with or without them on."

"Uh..thanks?" Haru turned her head the other way to hide the light blush. Nobody had ever complimented her before. Except for her mom...but that was six years ago. She sighed and looked back at Yoru, smiling slightly."Guess all families have their problems huh?"

"Mhm..wouldn't be a family without any," Yoru murmured, he ran both of his hand threw his hair before smiling back at Haru.

Haru blinked and looked down at the ground. Now seemed like as good a time as any to ask, but she wasn't sure if she should. Of course I should..something like this can't wait. Haru looked at Yoru, thinking of how to ask him. "Um...Yoru-san?"

"Help Kiane-nii." she said, sighing. "And I will pay you back somehow. It's just..." she unconsciously clenched her fists in her lap. "I'm worried about him. And Alex. But..I don't know how to help him like you do." she looked at him with silver-gray eyes.

Yoru met her silver-gray gaze with his black ones, "I can't say that I can do much...but I'll try."

"I have nothing to do so I'm free," Yoru said, he rolled his shoulders and patted Haru on her head. "Your a good person..you know that Haru."
