Vertigo raised an eyebrow. "You'll damage your eyes if you continue wearing them. The prescription is somewhat high. Why don't you just change the lenses and still keep the overall frames? That way, it'll be fine while wearing your mother's sentiment." he smiled.

Haru's eyebrows went up and she blinked. After a minute of silence, she chuckled and shook her head. "I can't believe I didn't think of that sooner." she touched her forehead and sighed. "I can be so stupid sometimes." she laughed quietly to herself.

Vertigo laughed and patted her head gently. "No. I think it's because you bear too many responsibilities that you sometimes forget about yourself." he smiled.

"You think so, huh?" Haru propped her elbows on the table and cupped her chin, looking out the window thoughtfully. The image of her mother came to mind, then her father, then the twins. "It has been a bit tough since mom died..." she thought aloud. She closed her eyes momentarily, forcing down the unwanted memories and emotions. When she opened them, she skillfully donned a smiling mask. "But I'm a big girl now. I can handle it." she said cheerfully to Vertigo.

Vertigo frowned. He knows when people fake smiles. But he didn't say anything about it. "Don't overwork too much though. You'll tire yourself out, and everything will turn worse than before." he smiled.

Haru kept the smile but it dimmed a bit. "I know." she said quietly. After a minute she yawned dramatically and stretched her arms over her head. Then she planted her hands on the table and pushed herself up from the chair. "This place is making me tired. Want to go catch a bite to eat? My treat~" she smiled at him, her personality suddenly much bubblier and bolder than usual.

Vertigo laughed and shook his head. He stood up and placed back the chair under the table. "Sure. But I'll treat. It's not polite to let a girl pay for the guy." he chuckled.

"Ah, but I insist." Haru smiled. She pushed her chair in and slung her back over her head. She folded her arms and grinned up at him. "Do you like sweets?"

Vertigo chuckled when he heard her say something about sweets. He nodded childishly and smiled. "Nope. I'll treat. This will be the first time we'll be going out, so I have to make sure it's on me."

"Is..that how it works?" Haru made a face of concentration as she wrote the mental note. She rarely "went out" with anybody (besides her sisters), let alone guys. She smiled up at Vertigo. "Well in that case, that would be kind of you, Vertigo-san. I was thinking Azakeru-chan's shop. Have you been there?"

Vertigo scratched his head. "Not really." he chuckled. "I don't know much about the shops in town." he smiled.

"Well you're missing out." Haru laughed quietly. She hooked her arm through his, as if he were a child she didn't want to get lost. "I don't get out much either, but I've been going there since I came to Ouran. If you like sweets, you'll love 'Sweet Sweets'." she chuckled at the advertisement-sounding statement as she led him out of the library.

Vertigo blinked as he was tugged, then chuckled. "It has a nice name. Sounds delicious." he laughed and walked alongside her.

Berry lays out on the window seat and sighs..then she closes her eyes but goes have way asleep

she walks by and noticed a young girl that had fallen asleep. she had strangley resembled herself in a way. she nudges her polightly . "um, hi! sorry to wake you!"

Berry yawns and wakes up...and looks into the face of a girl that looked like her but with different hair..and eyes..."Hey! Am Berry! It's no problem!" she smiles at her

Cain walked in and saw berry. "Berry~" Cain cooed walking over to her and hugging her.

Berry smiles. "Cain!" she giggles. "Oh..Cain this is my new friend!"

"Oh Hi I'm Cain Touu, Berry's boyfriend~"Cain said, he sat next to Berry.

Berry smiles then says "She looks alot like me dont she?"

"Yea she does" Cain said he looked at berry and smiled.

Berry smiles and hugs him "I missed you!"

"haha I've missed you too~ sorry I had to visit my uncle in Russia" Cain said hugging back.

Berry smiles "Cool! You went to russia? I've never been there..WHat's it like?"

"Very different and beautiful like you"Cain said.
