Riko nodded."Yeah. Okazaki-sensai talked about it last night at class" A bee flew onto her arm and stung her at her wrist. She winced.

"Really? No one ever taught you how to cook?" raven asked shoked.

Vertigo shrugged. "Who would?" he chuckled. "That's why I kind of lack some skills when it comes to cooking." he smiled.

Raven shrugged, "let me guess you had a cook and all right?"

Vertigo looked down and scratched the back of his head. "Um. Yeah." he chuckled, embarrassed once again.

"Don't worry I did too, but dad found out that she was a drunk and that she smoked so he kicked her out. She is a nice lady, but she had a hang over, I took her to my room she vomited out the wind, dad had a friend over and she vomit landed all over the guy." Raven laughed.

Vertigo chuckled. "Wow. That must've been nasty." he laughed. "So, did you hire another one to take her place?"

"Dad tryed to, but they were no fun. they didn't drink or smoke and did not like our jokes, so we didn't want another house keeper/cook. Anyway by that time we didn't need one, I could cook, Eric would clean if I made him... he learnt to clean the hard way, he had to meet the dark side of me... trent could drive and Rose, whe love to garden." Raven smiled.

Vertigo smiled. "Wow, that must've been fun." he chuckled. "I only have a younger brother. But, like I told you before, we never really get along that much." he shuffled his hair.

"That must have suck, so what did you pull a prank on him and he never forgived you or something?" Raven asked.

Vertigo shrugged and scratched his head. He chuckled. "It's not that." he smiled. "It's just plainly because we have different personalities. I told you, he's like the mature one." he chuckled.

Raven raside her eyebrow "How much younger then you is he? Little kids can not be mature."

Vertigo laughed. "Well, he is." he shrugged. "He'll turn 13 years old next month." he chuckled. "I guess his hobbies and interests are just totally different from mine."

"Have you tryed taking him to a docter?" Raven laughed, "I can never imagen a kid to be like that."

Vertigo laughed and shrugged. "Well, he is a Valentine after all. Valentines tend to be serious with their stuff." he chuckled. "And I'm the lost sheep of the family." he smiled.

"Well, you can allways change that, I mean my family is about money, but I will prove them someday that you can live happly with out being rich." Raven smiled.

Vertigo laughed. "Again with the similarities!" he chuckled. "We're the same. I wanted to prove to them that as well." he smiled.

"So does Evageline, she wants to bring her familys business down, or some thing like that."

Vertigo chuckled. "Oh, as far as I remember she said something like taking over the world's best companies or something." he smiled. He looked at her. "By the way, what profession do you want to take anyway?"

"somewhere in the police force, I think I watch way too many of those type of tv shows." Raven laughed, "So what aboute you?

Vertigo looked at her. "Police force? Hey, you shouldn't." he said seriously. "I know it's your passion, but I think you should think about this more. Do you have any idea how dangerous that job is?"

"Yeah, but that is what makes it more fun. I know it sounds silly but, I want to take a risk with something, besides someone has to work in the police force and girls can too."

Vertigo shuffled his hair. "Yes I know but," he sighed. "That's a very very risky thing to do." he muttered. "It's your life we're talking about here."

"You right, I'll join the army." She joked, "I'm sure that will be much more safer."

Vertigo narrowed his eyes and chuckled. "Hey, I'm serious here." he smiled.
