The Water Fountain

The Water Fountain located in the middle of Town Square

Jaylne sat back down on the rim of the fountain.

The weather was just right today. A light gust of wind blew once in awhile to cool him off from the rays of the sun. He opened a case, containing an old but polished soprano saxophone. He smiled for a second. It brought him back to in time when his brother and him still spoke to each other. He replaced the mouthpiece and started to ponder for a song. A light bulb lit up and a wider smile was painted onto his face. He blew on the piece lightly producing a light and sweet sound.

Jaylne looked over her shoulder and saw the boy playing a saxophone.

Akira looked up at the girl directly in the eyes curious. He let go of his mouthpiece, letting the sound of the last note ring a bit. He smiled at her in a warm and welcoming way and laughed slightly. He enjoyed the company of others, especially when music was around them. It was something that was meant to be shared anyway.

"Would you like to join me or request a song?"

" I only know how to play a ocarina " Jaylne said.
( I really do play one )

Daemon walked towards the waterfountain with his hands in his pockets and a small scowl on his face. He hadn't had anything to eat and he wasn't in the best of moods. He stopped in his tracks to listen to a sweet melody play in the air. He rounded the fountain to see Akira playing the melody he had heard. He smiled and sat next to him to wait until he had finished the song.

Jaylne took out a blue little instrument that was hand sized with a little spout and some holes on it in the front and back. She placed the insturment to her lips and blew into it placing her fingers on specific holes, causing a sweet melody to play.

He felt a presence next to him and to his surprise it was Daemon. He started to smile brightly at him, returning the smile. He rested the saxophone on his lap and then turned back to the girl.

"Ocarina? That's interesting,." He turned back to Daemon and laughed while listening to her song

"Haven't seen you for some time? Not getting into too much trouble now are you?"

Daemon looked towards Jaylne then back at Akira,"Nope, I've been at home. You should be worried more about Kazuki and Ame, their acting more the evil twins than ever before..."he said before looking at his instrament,"What is that?"

(Zelda? My ears hurt)

Jaylne smiled " I taught myself with a little book " Jaylne said then playing a funny little tune.

He blinked then a smirk curved on his face. He put his hand on Daemon's shoulder and spoke lightly in his ear.

"Really now? For someone with a pretty face, I'm surprised you don't go out once in awhile with some girls," He laughed then lowered himself back to his seat and looked at his saxophone.
"It's a soprano saxophone. I found it in my brother's old belongings and decided to play with it."

" cool " Jaylne said.

(Ame just busted her lip on the door...)

Daemon blushed deep red from Akira's comment,"Oh really, Akira? Where have you been lately?" he asked with a flushed face.

"You have a brother? Oh you are great at playing it and Jaylne so are you, what is your intrament called?" he asked turning his attention to her.

" it's called a Ocarina or Sweet Potato Flute " Jaylne said.

He had such bad habit for teasing people, but he couldn't help but tease Daemon and pretty much anyone around him. "Where have I been? Sadly nowhere," He looked at Jaylne, "I haven't heard an ocarina for awhile. Its a sweet sounding instrument." He noticed how red Daemon's face was. He found a little guilt in his actions, but again, it was a habit for him to tease people. He smiled slightly at his question, as to whether he had a brother, but it was a sort of sad smile. "Yes, I have a brother, an older one to be more specific."

" yeah it is " Jaylne said smiling.

Daemon sighed and looked at Akira before setting a hand on his head. Leaning down to his eye level and smirk,"Akira, you do realize that I can dominate you at any moment in time. Such a person with your looks should be out with people instead of staying inside,"he cooed.

"What is your older brother's name?" he asked not moving an inch.

Jaylne then took out her I phone and answered a call " yes dad " Jaylne sighed.

He heart started to speed up, at Daemon's sudden actions. He sweatdropped and refused to make eye contact. It seemed like the table was turned on him. He was never put in a submissive position before. His stomach started to ache and his breathing was uneasy. His heart started to beat faster at the question of his brother. Thinking about him, made him almost sick to his stomach. His temperature started to rise as he looked down at the ground
"N-nachi..Fukuyama." he gulped and finally was able to make contact with Daemon, about to make a witty comeback, for once, he was speechless, his lips were quivering, unable to find words.

Jaylne then started to argue with her father over the phone.

Daemon tilted his head to the side as if to see if he could get a better look at something or someone. He smiled at Akira before moving back,"Nachi Fukuyama,"he said to himself. He noticed how Akira reacted to Daemon's sudden actions.

"Akira, are you okay?" he asked placing a hand on the said boy's forehead.

Daemon looked over at Jaylne,"Wonder what is happening over there.."

" I'm not a little girl anymore dad get that through your think head " Jaylne said.

He turned red from embarrassment and looked up at Daemon, a little calmer than before, he laughed a little bit, but his stomach was still feeling sick.

"Of course, why wouldn't I be?" He touched the hand on his forehead and a genuine smile appeared on his face, "Just surprised, I'm fine now," He turned to Jaylne and shrugged, "I don't know to be honest."

Jaylne then hung up on her dad and pinched the bridge of her nose.

"Someone looks cute when they blush,"he whispered to Akira before smiling.

Daemon looked at her and sighed,"Women can be troublesome...but ya gotta love them.."he said. He started to play with a strand of hair while looking at Jaylne.
