The River...

"Then take them..."She said and with one last glare she turned back to the water.Then a loud sigh left her as she placed her right hand on her forehead pulling her bangs a little."You know?You are one of the few that can make me this angry..."She muttered more to herself.

Vertigo raised an eyebrow. "I can't take them back now." he stood up and patted his clothes. "Because you already ruined them." he said sarcastically followed by a shrug and a suppressed chuckle.
He looked down at her. "Well, what do you think I'm feeling right now?Geez, after all the trouble I went through, this is what I get." he shuffled his hair and turned around. "Whatever. If you're so fine alone, with yourself, then fine. I'll just eat my cake and don't go bothering me with frogs. Hmp." he walked away, chibi form.

Kairi still had and angry face on and her glare become somewhat a deathful one when he said she wasn't thankfull.She really thought of letting him walk off...but then again the frogs where everywhere.Damn it!![i]She thought as she streched her hand and cought lightly his leg without looking at him as a little blush spread across her still mad face.

Vertigo stopped and slightly turned around to look at her. "What?" he said without any emotion.

"Stay..."She muttered as she brought her legs closer to her and hugging them.But she didn't let go of his leg and still didn't look at him.

Vertigo raised an eyebrow. "No way. My cake is waiting." he mumbled then turned around and went down on one knee. "Now I'll help you in three conditions. First! No complaining. Second! No stubbornness. And third and the most important, don't touch the strawberry flavored cake. Now hop in." he muttered as he pointed at his back.

Kairi turned to him."I'm not complaininng and I'm..."She closed her mouth at the thought of staying here with the frogs and nodded.She placed her hands around his neck again and got on his back."But it's all your foult."She muttered with a angry face like the one a five year old would make.

Vertigo's eyebrow twitched. "Now that's violation of rule number 2." he stood up carrying her on his back. "One more violation and you're sleeping with frogs for tonight." he murmured to himself. And walked off.

Kairi sighed and placed her chin on his shouder then closed her eyes."Fine..."

Vertigo continued walking without saying anything. He looked up at the night sky, particularly at the full moon. He lowered his eyes and sighed.

Kairi was still like that when she heard a frog near by and squizzed his neck a little as she bit her lip.

Vertigo raised an eyebrow. He sighed and took his ipod and earphones from his pocket, then gave it Kairi.

Kairi took it and placed one of the earphones in her right ear then looked ahead."Are we there yet?"She asked with a little smile.

"No." he answered straightforwardly, then slightly yawned as he somehow felt exhausted.

Kairi looked at him as he yawned.She then looked around and didn't see any frogs around."I should probably get down."She said and reliesed his neck.

"No." he said again, straightforwardly. "I'm just tired because you had me worried." he mumbled. "And not even a thank you." he continued mumbling to himself.

"I said it wasn't my foult."She said and looked to the side."You brought it to yourself."She mumbled under her nose.

Vertigo's eyebrow twitched again. "Excuse me, young lady, but as far as I can remember, I'm not the one who's stupid enough to jump from branch to branch of a tree in the middle of the night." he said sarcastically.

"That wasn't stupid..and so am I not!"She said and pulled his hair a little."And it didn't start there!'

Vertigo nodded. "Of course." he smiled sarcastically again. "So when did it start? Oh, that's right. When you simply ran to the tree and didn't even bother calling for help. Which is, for another point, stupid." he emphasized the last word, then sighed.

Akahana wore ripped denium jeans and a black noodlestrap t-shirt. and she was running from something and or someone.

"It's not stupid!!!"She almost yelled."You're the one who walked away."...And that's not where it started either."

Vertigo rolled his eyes. Oh boy. Here goes the nag again. he thought and for the sake of it, asked the question anyway. "Oh yeah? So where did it start then, hmm?" he said. Then spotted a girl running. He raised an eyebrow. In the middle of the night?

He called out to her. "Hey miss, are you alright?!"

Akahana ignored him, but stopped at the bank of the river, peeking back over her shoulder. She let out a small but fairly large sqeek.

Akahana turn and had shiver run down her spine.
