| Bidding Our Last Goodbyeby Vertigo Valentine How shall I face this fate? Enter these hollow gates Mystery shrouded mist, A blind treacherous kiss How shall I face the truth? Away shall walk my foot, Inside shall wander through Yet looking back at you Never this have I wished for It is for me, horror Fear conquers me within Showing the saddest grin Goodbye is it to be, Or is it just for me? Forever shall be long Singing a lasting song The past made me stand Climbing tallest skies Whispering a soft voice You heard despite the noise, I purged the unworthy Carried those unwary Lifted the hearts of many Writing my own history Rain vigorously fell, Singing our lovely tale, Shouting our fruitful past Goodbye is it at last? For years I slumbered through Slept the days with you Fast, they were, these past years As fast as drops of tears My face remember not In your mind it must rot In your mind you must keep The glory of our weeps In my heart you will always be, A heart-filled poetry I just wish for you not to cry Bidding our last goodbye | |
