Vertigo laughed. "So you like pulling pranks. Tch tch. Naughty." he chuckled. "Oh well. We're the same." he laughed. "I like using them against my personal teachers to sneak out." he smiled.

Vertigo laughed and scratched the back of his head. "Well, I don't actually know if I should say 'you're awesome' or 'you're an idiot'. Hmm, maybe just both." he chuckled.

Vertigo woke up and sat up. "Okay, you don't want to sleep so, let's just," he looked around. He shrugged. "Wake me up when you've decided." then went back to sleep.

KAiri glared at him.Then she kicked him one more time."Fine."She said and walked to the water.It was really cold but even so sh dived in and stayed under just swimming around from quite a while.

Vertigo stood, walked over to her, took her by the arm, and gently pulled her from the water. "Hey, you crazy? You do know that you'll catch a cold, right?" he chuckled and walked back to their things. He gave her a towel. "Fine. So, do you like volleyball?"

Kairi smirked as she was pulled up."Yes,actually I think I am crazy."She said and followed him and took the towel drying herself.When he mentioned volleyball she nodded."Yeah."

Vertigo chuckled. He shuffled through his bag, then gave her his coat. "At least cover up. The wind is cold. Especially now that you're soaked." he laughed.

Mereni walked to the beach and sat down, looking at the sunset with tears running down her cheeks. "Dad...." she murmured, crying softly.

Vertigo noticed a girl crying by the shore. She looked at Kairi. ''Cover up and get ready. I'll be right back." he took something from his bag then walked over to the girl.

He bent down and gave her his handkerchief. "Uhm, here." he muttered.

Mereni looked up at him and smiled softly. "No thanks Vertigo. I'm good." She looked back at the sunset and gave a sad smile.

Vertigo blinked then straightened up and smiled. ''I guess you prefer to be alone.'' he chuckled. ''Sorry to have bothered you. But I really hope everything will turn out good in the end.'' he smiled, then turned and walked back to Kairi.

Mereni smiled. "Yeah. Thank you for understanding Vertigo." She looked at the sunset then at her bandage hand and sighed.

Mereni got up and wiped her eyes. She looked at the sunset and smiled. "I love you Daddy...." Mereni turned around and walked back to her apartment.

Kairi took the coat and looked at it.It wasn't so cold and if she was with it she wouln't be able to play so she just placed it back and waited for Vertigo to come back.When he did she smiled and clapped her hands."I'm ready."She said her hair dripping wet.
