The Lake

Hiri turned to take a look at everyone and then looked back at Akira, "You work at take five?" she asked curiously.

I looked into the water and cried lightly.
I rolled up my sleeve to reveal a huge bruse.
"Damn..." i muttered putting my arm into the water.

(Sorry, I got to go get ready for school *sigh*, Byee!)

Hiri gets a call on her mobile and says "Excuse me for a second" and walks away while talking on the phone in a serious tone.

Haru gasped, immediately concerned. The bruise was in plain sight. "Kate-san...what...are you ok?"

He nodded to Hiri and smiled tiredly. "Correct, in fact, I own it so I'm practically almost there all the time." He turned back to Haru and nodded to her as well. "You're Welcome Haru-san. Well, if you need someone to talk to, feel free to waltz in anytime!"

He slowly turned his gaze to Kate and furrowed his eyebrows. "Do you need to go to the infirmary? We can get you some pain relief medicine there."

I winced, "Yes i'm fine this always happens, when i see my step-father this is nothing..." I said.
I looked at haru, with a soft expression on my face.
"I Don't know where i would begin, if i were to tell you.." I said softly.

I looked at Akira, "No...Thank you..." I said

Haru furrowed her eyebrows. "Your...step-father?" Many questions filled Haru's head at that moment, but there were more important matters to take care of. "Kate-san...you may not want to but we need to get you medical attention."

"I don't need it..Thank you though." I said, looking at the bruse

"Medical attention will be fairly simple to get however, your own personal safety is what concerns me." He said in a rather dull, but concerned tone. He started to make his way to the infirmary. "You guys stay here for a bit, I'm going to ask for a few things to ease the pain of that bruise anyway." And from there he left.

"But..." I said, i looked into the water.

Haru frowned. And then her eyebrows shot up as she remembered an obvious solution. "Hang on one second..."Haru slung her schoolbag from over her head and immediately began to rummage through it. After a moment she pulled our her mini-first aid kit. Unsnapping it,she pulled out a packet of pain-relievers that melt in your mouth. "Take one of these."

I looked at her, then the pill.
"Why is everyone so worried?"I asked.

Akira returned with a bag of supplies to treat Kate's bruise. He took out an ice-pack, extra pain relief medicine, ointment/Vitamin K. He gave all the supplies to Haru and cleared his throat. "I need to run a few errands so could you try to squeeze the ice-pack on her bruise to stop the excessive blood flow then run the ointment on her bruise to prevent it from swelling. He looked at his watch. "Well, I'll see you two both soon."

(Going to go read ^^ *dork* Ja ne for maybe 30 minutes to an hour)

Haru nodded to Akira. She took the supplies and began to treat Kate's bruise. Was she serious? "Because whatever's going on with your step father isn't right. And you shouldn't keep stuff like this to yourself,Kate-san.It only makes those who care about you worried. We're your friends and--"Haru caught herself. "I mean...I'd like to be...but anyway..." she offered the medicine again."Please, just take it...It would make us feel better."

I stared at the medicne like i had no clue how to take it.

Haru sighed. She gently took Kate's arm and began treating it with the ice pack.

i still don't get it....

Haru remembered what Akira had said before he left and began to treat Kate's arm with the ointment. "You'll feel even better if you take that pain-relief..." Haru glanced at Kate, who wouldn't look at her. Haru decided that maybe she needed to think about something else. "So um...how long have you been at Ouran?"

"I'm not toushing the pain reilief...I've been at ouran for about two ,months I think." i said bluntly.

"Hm." Haru didn't show her frown. How do you help someone who doesn't want to be helped? Her father had asked her mother many times when having trouble in his real estate business. Haru could easily apply that question to this situation. "Well, what do you think of it?"

"Its okay..." I said then i looked at the pill, remembering her sayin it would make my loved ones happy.

I took the pill, I looked at it one more time the puttin it in my mouth.

Haru faintly smiled, feeling triumphant. She was glad her friend--would Kate actually be her first friend at Ouran?-- would soon be out of pain. But she didn't say anything...as if doing so would make Kate throw the pill up. "So who's class are you in?"

I looked at haru, "I took the pill for three reasons.."I said then lookingg at her when she had asked the quetion, about my class.
"I'm in 2A..." I said...
"Reason 1: to get it over with...Reason 2: for my freind example you.....Reason 3: my boyfreind lelouch ryou..." I said bluntly then looking into the water.
