He set aside his bag on the ground and sat beside her. "I'm in class 3A. And may I know what class you're in as well?"

She looked over at him, "1A. I am a Senior." she said laughing nervously. "I take it your new here?" she asked. She picked up the rose and twiddled around with it in her hands.

Vertigo nodded. "And I find this High School amusing. I met different people with different personalities and traits despite mostly being born in families of wealth." he looked over to her. "And out of them all, I find you rather the most interesting." he gave his smile, his best trait.

Ame raised an eyebrow, "Why?" she asked blinking. "I am just like any other student. I am just the type to do and say what I want." she said laughing. "I don't see how anyone finds me interesting besides my journal."

She ran her hand through her black hair, "Vertigo-san, I have traveled a lot. Lost some friends and gained some. How am I interesting to you?" she asked looking at him.

Vertigo smiled. "You're the most difficult to read." He stared up and marveled the sky. "Of all the girls I've met so far, I somehow cannot figure out what kind of girl you are. And it somehow makes me nervous." He scratched the back of his head. "And it makes me want to eagerly know you better."

(I'm very sorry. I'll be right back after a couple of minutes. I just need to have breakfast. Sorry.)

Ame laughed, "What kind of girl do you think I am?" she asked looking at the rose in her hands. She ran her index finger over the soft blue petal. She closed her eyes, "I am nothing special. I am just me. My name means Rain Radiance." she looked over at him.

"Don't be nervous around me." she said smiling sweetly.

Vertigo chuckled. "Hmm. To me, you're a mysterious person." he shrugged and smiled.

Ame rubbed her eyes, "Eto, I am no more mysterious than you are. By the looks of it, you are a flirtatious type but yet you respect a woman's boundaries. You give without getting anything in return." she said before looking at him with tried eyes, "Am I right?"

Vertigo blinked. "Flirtatious type?" he laughed. "No no. You're mistaken." he sighed and smiled. "I simply don't want to see any negative emotion on a girl's expression."

Ame gave him a blank look, "Right. Okay." she leaned her hand back against the tree, "Vertigo...where are you from?" she asked in a soft tone of voice. She ran her fingers over the hem of her shirt. She looked over at him, "I was born in Japan but I lived in Italy."

Vertigo played with the grass. "I'm from France. I was born there. Then I moved here in Japan." he replied. "So how's Italy?" he chuckled.

"It's beautiful. I lived on the highest hill. We over looked the city and it was the closest spot to see the moon." she said smiling. She sighed, "I moved back here...and I don't visit much anymore..." she said sadly.

Ame looked over at Vertigo, "Your hurting mother nature."

Vertigo smiled and looked over his shoulder. "That's nice. I would say the perfect place to live." he nods.

Then he looked down at the grass. "Not really. I'm simply giving them the caress since they've been stepped on a lot." he laughed.

Ame stretched, "So, how do you like Ouran Vertigo-san? Is it what you expected it to be?" she asked. She moved to were she was laying on the ground with her arms behind her head. She closed her eyes and smiled, "Alot more people have transferred."

Vertigo laid back on the grass and sighed. "This is relaxing. I wonder why I haven't thought of doing this before." he smiled.

"Ouran is amusing. It's not your typical high school academy." he closed his eyes. "But I don't really know what to do now. Each of my day here seems the same. Maybe I should join a club or something." he chuckled.

Ame giggled, "If you want to join a club, you should join the Newspaper Club and get a job." she said before yawning softly, "Not trying to sound mean or anything. It's the quickest way to get money." she said.

"Verti-kun, am I so mysterious now?" she asked smirking to herself.

(I am going to bed. I am tired Y-Y school has official made my brains to mush)

Vertigo opened his eyes and turned to her. "Yea, you still are." he smiled.

Ame sighed, "Nyaa~ I am not. What else would you like to learn about me?" she asked stretching.

Vertigo closed his eyes. "I don't know. I guess I just want to hang out with you more." he chuckled.

Ame sat up and pulled a lock of his hair gently, "You can just ask. I know everyone here besides the new students." she said before letting go. "I haven't been here in a while so things have changed just a little."

Vertigo poked his head where she pulled the hair, then looked at her. "Why? Where have you been lately?"

(Something my mom bought last night for dinner. Taste like cardboard lol)

She smiled lightly, "I was in Italy with my friend Daemon Arashi. Then I went to Spain to brush up on my Spanish and get another credit." she said before sighing, "Kazuki hasn't been home lately, neither have I. Daemon has been free-lancing around the world."

(uh, I think I can imagine. lol)

Vertigo blinked then smiled. "Wow. You like travelling? We're pretty much the same." he grinned.

(And then I put my plate up and look for something different. Mom goes "WTF ARE YOU EATING NOW?!" =3= I will bite someone....)

Ame tapped his forehead, "You think so? Did you know that Kazuki is my twin?" she asked looking at him. She smiled sweetly at him, "Though we are from two different places we act the same."

(-munches on my strawberry cake- yum.. lol )

He blinked and smiled at her. "You have a twin? That's nice!" he chuckled. "I have a younger brother, but he's somehow more mature-thinking than me." he smiled.
