"Yeah. Considering that I was alone and no one was there. Daemon came along when we lived in Italy. But we left a couple of years later." She buried her face in her hands, "Most people just talk about their past and it has an influence on the way they act. I, on the other hand, don't. I choose not to talk because I am here to start over."

She looked up at Vertigo, "Words are like daggers. Stabbing at the heart with such a force that they can never be removed."

Vertigo looked at her with a pained expression. He looked down and sighed. "I know I can do nothing to resolve that but," he looked at her, "I'm here if you need someone to talk to. I'll always be here." he said softly.

A small smile graced her face, "Vertigo-kun. Thank you." she said. She tapped her chin, "Eto, why wont you tell me about your family. Mine is nothing special."

Vertigo blinked and chuckled. "Well, mine is nothing special compared to yours. It's a so-so family." he chuckled again. "How about your father?"

Ame shrugged, "I know nothing about him. I never met him before." she said in a soft tone. She started to play with a blade of grass, "Enough about family. Let's talk about something else."

Vertigo blinked. "I see."
"Then pick anything you would like to talk about. I enjoy your topics anyway." he chuckled.

Ame tapped her chin in thought. "What is your favorite type of flower besides the rose?"

Vertigo smiled. "I like Blooms, often called bellflowers." he looked at her. "I'd love to show you a nice place where their true beauty shines. I think you'll love it even if you're not really into plants. It's somewhere by the lake." he chuckled.

Ame blinked and tilted her head to the side. "Bellflowers? They sound pretty..." she said thinking if she had seen any before. She looked at Vertigo and smiled, "Sure. Can I get a piggyback ride?" she asked.

Vertigo blinked. "Sure." he chuckled. "Right now? or do you prefer to bask here for a moment." he smiled.

"Which ever you prefer. I don't mind what we do." she said smiling. She blinked, "Vertigo. How do you know about the spot near the lake?"

"Back in France, I found this cool place where I was astounded with bellflowers. It was then that I was fascinated with them." he chuckled. "So when I came here in Japan, I searched entirely for something similar to that. And somehow, even though it looks a bit different, I found it in the spot near the lake." he smiled. He looked at his watch. "It's almost night time. Perfect. If we go now, we might arrive earlier. But that would make it more interesting." he smiled.

Ame smiled, "It sounds nice." she said as she stood up. She brushed the dirt off of her shorts and shirt. She looked up at Vertigo, "Let's get going then."

Vertigo chuckled and stood. He cleaned his back thoroughly before turning around and moving down on one knee. He pointed at his back. "Hop in." he chuckled.

Ame climbed onto his back and sighed, "Your much taller than Kazuki..." she mumbled. She placed her arms around his neck and smiled, "Okay~"

He stood, carrying her on his back and began walking. He chuckled. "Does he always give you a piggy back ride?"

(By Kazuki, you mean the real member Kazuki? or an NPC just to put in your family?^^)

Ame nodded, "Yeah he does. I dislike to walk long places unless I have to." she said laughing.

Vertigo laughed. "Then I'm glad you have someone like him to carry you." he smiled. "Although I honestly would say I'm quite jealous." he chuckled.

Ame laughed, "Vertigo? Jealous? That's new. I didn't know you were the jealous type," she said. She placed her chin on his shoulder, "You can carry me too."

Vertigo chuckled. "What, you think I'm a robot with no feelings?" he laughed. "I'll prove to you then that I'm at least better in one aspect that Kazuki. And that's with piggyback riding." he laughed.

Ame giggled, "Competitive too!" she sang. "Uwah~ Vertigo is just filled with mysteries~"

She made a face, "How are you going to prove that to me with a piggy back ride?"

Vertigo chuckled. "Let's see." he looked around. And spotted a tree next to the kendo dojo. He chuckled. "Do you trust me?"

Ame blinked and looked at him, "Of course I trust you. Why?" she asked looking in the direction he was looking at.

(really? I've never watched that. lol. )

He chuckled. "Okay then."
He ran towards the tree, then jumped and onto a nearby branch that goes all the way to the roof of the Kendo dojo. He then jumped towards the roof, and from there, continued to dash, skipping from roof to roof as he moved towards the direction of the lake.

He smiled. "I like doing this a lot. Because I can see clearly the view and feel the breeze."

(lol don't its a gay movie. The books are great)

Ame closed her eyes and hid her face from the breeze, "E-eto...Vertigo...please don't drop me." she said in a soft voice. She didn't dare open her eyes to see where they were heading.
