Kuro smiled in anticipation, "Don't be humble now, that trick you showed me was amazing!" He laughed, excited to see the next trick he had to show Mereni, "I've never had dinner and a show, this'll be fun." He was watching the cards carefully, looking at each movement Akira would make, then he looked at Mereni, watching her and seeing if she believed the trick would work.

He looked over at Kuro dully for a second, then shook if off laughing following a smile. "The audience is too kind." He rolled up his sleeves, indicating he has no intention of hiding anything. He showed her the card, 7 of diamonds without looking at the cards himself. "Alright, remember this card for me please?" He put the card back in the deck and started to shuffle once more. "This is one of my favorite tricks." like Kuro, he was getting a little giddy with excitement.

Ichirou turned, took out ingredients from the fridge and started to cook meat on the stove, without interrupting Akira's 'magic'.

Mereni smiled and laughed softly at how excited Kuro and Akira were getting at the card trick. SHe leaned back into the chair and asked, "Ok. I've got it remembered. Now what?"

Kuro watched Akira with wide, ecstatic eyes, he was so curious as to what Akira would do to show her her card. Would he make the whole deck her card like he did to him, then change them back after? Or would he do something else unexpected? Or maybe even just show her her card plain, like the card tricks people normally do, though that was very unlikely, it was possible.

"Make note that the magician isn't me, its you Mereni-san. Keep a close eye on that card and don't let go." He flipped pulled out a card, he placed it in her hand, having the back side face him. 'Unfortunately', it was the wrong card. It wasn't the 7 of Diamonds, but the Queen of Spades. "Is this your card?"

Mereni shakes her head. "Nope. It was the 7 of Diamonds. Not the Queen of Spades."

Kuro stuttered, eyes wide at Mereni, "Nooo, you can't tell him what your card is! There should be another part to the trick, it seems like something Akira would do! But if you tell him your card, it's less fun when he get's it right." He was waving his arms around the entire objection, but dropped them and sat back when he finished, inhaling deeply since he hadn't taken a breath that entire time speaking.

He blinked at Kuro and started laughing at how interested and enthusiastic he was in this trick. He almost started tearing a bit, but happy that he had so much fate into it. "No, Mereni-san is right. Whatever the queen says is right Kuro-san." He blew on the card and the cartoon character of the queen disappeared and was replaced with Mereni's image. "Look at it Mereni-san and tell me what you see."

Mereni jumped slightly at Kuro's outburst. She looked back to Akira and looked at the card. Raising an eyebrow she looked back up and said, "Me."

Kuro leaned over to look at the card, then his eyes went huge and he accidentally tipped back in his chair in surprise. He laughed and stood, sitting the chair upright. "Woahhh! That's so cool Aki-san!" He was staring at the card with a huge smile curved on his lips, eyes lit up like a kid in a candy shop.

(ehh brb, my sister wants to use the computer x/ )

He gently took the card from Mereni and blinked. "Mereni-san, I think you lied, I don't see a Queen of Spades anywhere." He flicked the card and rubbed his chin, then turned the card over and the 7 of Diamonds was on the other side. He walked over to the counter and messed Kuro's hair along the way, "Funny hearing it from someone that didn't like magic," He laughed and smiled at how childish he was getting. It pulled on his heart strings a bit to see someone that happy. "Now time for dinner," He reached the counter and pulled out a few bowls. "Looks like we're having Gyuutatakidon. Anything to drink you two?"

Mereni just sat looking at the card and mumbled, "How....." She snapped out of it and said, "Water please."

Kuro closed one eye a bit as Akira ruffled his hair, he was still totally amazed by how he could do such things. Ohh I wish I could do that! Aki-chan is so cool!

"If you have Diet Water that'd be sweet ^^" Kuro said happily, leaning side to side a bit in happiness.

(yes. in japan they actually do have Diet Water XD)

(Aki-san, not chan. haha sorry, my fingers were being rebels XD)

(I was going to say. Diet water? :D 0 calories is too much anyway!
Being serious, that's pretty interesting. And the magic tricks, my cousin used to do this tricks on me ^^)

He tilted his head up and blinked. Diet water? Is that what wealthy people drink now-a-days. He turned to Kuro and shook his head no, "I don't think we have any, ask Ichirou, he might have some or will regular water suffice? He walked up to the table and served them their Gyuutatakidon.

"Itadakimasu!" He gave them all utensils and Mereni her water. "Say, Kuro, would you like to know how I do my tricks later?"

(If you want, we can continue this tomorrow or you guys can keep going because I'm going to play video games for a few consecutive hours and checking up once in awhile)

(Ok. Sorry, I fell asleep cuz my dad did a flippin hipnozes thing on me.)

Mereni smiled and looked at Akira. "Thank you." She then looked at the Gyuutatakidon, and took a bit. She smiled and once swallowed it, said, "This is really good, Ichirou and Akira!"

(Lol XD yeah Japan has some really..abnormal drinks, they even have this drink called Liquid Salad or something, it's literally salad flavored water. My cousins don't do anything XD Well one of them is a cosmetologist, taught me how to use makeup :D [yeah ik ik sooo manly] and that's so cool! your dad is a hypnotist? :D)

Kuro laughed lightly and nodded his head, "Water sounds good. Eh, the only reason I drink Diet Water is because my mom drinks it and I'm not allowed to have anything but it at home, my parents are kinda health freaks." He chuckled, shaking his head a bit at how his parents could be sometimes..okay all the time.

He looked up at Akira with big eyes, "Really?!" He asked excitedly, not believing what he just heard, but knowing is he did learn it'd be just about the 3rd best thing that could happen to him today.

(Japan is pretty crazy in general ^^ This is old news, but have you heard about my man that married a game character from the game Love Plus? Make up!? HONTO NI!? :D)

Akira blinked at Kuro sweadropped. He rubbed his chin for a second and thought then swiped the water away from Kuro. He got up from his chair and placed the water on the counter, then opening the fridge, taking a bottle of Ramune out for me. He gently kicked the fridge close and gave the bottle to Kuro. He sat down and looked at him, insisting that he drink it.

"Not to come off rude Kuro-san, but you need to live a bit." He smiled slyly and then, picked up his chopsticks to eat his meal, "Of course, that's your decision. You could always take the water from the counter again,"

(Well he isnt one for a job. He use to do it to me when I was little to make me take a nap and he still does it when he wants me to sleep. I hate it cuz I can never remember what happened. And Japan having diet water???? Fruitloops)

Mereni nodded. "Yes you do Kuro. I can understand why your parents what you to be healthy but not letting up just for a quick unhealthy thing?"

(That's awesome, I wish I had hypnotic powers ^^ haha that's true XD Hm, no don't think I have actually. Wow, what was going on in his head? Yep XD Of course I never wear it myself, but it's good for little sisters and Halloween ^^)

Kuro's eyes got a bit wide and he shook his head, "No. They say if I try it once, I'll get hooked on it and won't be able to stop.. But I hate when they tell me what I can and can't do >.<"

He stared at the bottle for a moment, he'd never had Ramune before. He took the little device from the bottle and pushed the marble in so he could drink, it was an odd design, the bottle, but it's a bit fun to think of how it was thought up.

He took a drink from the bottle a bit hesitantly at first, but then took a bigger drink with a smile, "Wow that's good. It has so much..flavor." He set the bottle down, picking up his chopsticks for the Gyuutatakidon and took a bite, "That's so good. I've never had a meal with such a mixture of flavors and tastes..thank you Aki-san and Ichirou ^^"

(Dunno ^^ It was broadcasting live on Nico Nico Douga. There was another person that married the Eiffel Tower too. Ah~ people never case to amaze me)

It wasn't like Akira to rebel against one's parents however, it was sort of a special case for him. He rubbed his chin in thought and leaned back against his chair slightly. He watched him drink from the bottle and smiled slightly.

"Its just really carbonated Kuro-san," he laughed and looked back at his dinner, still working on it. "Well I have an offer for you Kuro-san..." He took a napkin and wiped his mouth thinking for a second. He didn't exactly know how to phase his next sentence to keep it from sounding awkward. His eyes shifted from the Ramune bottle, to Mereni then back to Kuro. He let out a sigh and twiddled with the tangles in his hair. "You can consider this place your second home if you ever need anything. We'll be your unofficial family." He had to choose his words carefully, he didn't want to force anything on Kuro, however, it was a little heart-breaking to see, from what he has heard, that he's been confined by his family.

(I know. I wonder what people will marry next?)

Mereni looked at Kuro and smiled softly as he drank Ramune. Mereni took another bite of Gyuutatakidon.
