Vertigo shrugged. "Why are you asking me? I told you, I don't know either." he chuckled. "You see, I went here in Japan to look for someone. But I went here in this school to have fun." he smiled.

"Well who is that someone?" She asked, wanting to know. "It sounds intersting. Are you looking for a lost love or friend that you haven't seen in awhile?"

Vertigo smiled as his eyebrow twitched. He looked at her. "Are you sure you're not a mind reader? Maybe your ancestors were." he chuckled.

"I'm sure I can't read your mind," Luna replied with a small smile. "So you haven't found her yet?"

Vertigo nodded. "Actually I'm planning on leaving this school, I don't know when. It's just a plan anyway, I'm not yet sure about it." he chuckled. "I think there's no point in staying here any longer." he shrugged.

Luna closed her eyes again. "I see....maybe you'll find her somewhere else. A lot of girls at this school with be heart broken when you do leave."

Vertigo laughed. He looked at her and smirked. "Don't tell me you'll be heartbroken as well. Now that's sad. I didn't know you have hidden feelings for me." he teased. He chuckled and shuffled his hair. "I'm just kidding." he smiled.

He sighed and played with the arrow. "I came here in this school to have fun. At first, it was really enjoying. But then, each day seemed the same. And the senseis have just vanished just like that." he frowned. "So yeah. I'm not yet sure about it anyway."

"I don't know when the last time they came..." She replied. "And no, I won't be heart broken if you leave here. But I know someone who would be." She opened her eyes. "But I might miss your voice in the band. It sounds good."

Vertigo laughed. "Wow, I feel honored to hear that from someone who actually has the potential to be a star." he laughed again. "Seriously, I think you're awesome. Honestly I'm not into alto voices, but wow, I actually changed my mind when I heard yours." he smiled.

Luna was taken back at the complement. "Really...? I sound that good?" She gazed down and smiled sadly. "I just wish my dad...." Luna shook her head and smiled at Vertigo. "Thank you very much."

Although he wanted to know the deal with her dad, it doesn't look like she wanted to talk about it anyway. He smiled. "So, what exactly are you doing here in the sporting grounds? It's my first time to see you here. " he chuckled.

"Well normally I don't like doing sports so I don't com around so much," She replied. "But I didn't want to be in my apartment. The night air is so clear out here and I just happened to wnader in."

(lol.it's night. I thought it's day. ^^ Vertigo has bad eyesight during night so he shouldn't have hit those targets. lol)

Vertigo looked at her. "Hmm? You don't like sports? Now that's interesting. I thought you enjoy them." he chuckled. "So what kind of things do you like anyway?"

(Well you just happend to have the school lights on and could see!)

"What do I like....." She thought for a moment. "Well I like to be outside in the rain and walk along the beach. I just really love water yet I'm not on the school swim team. I'm a very plain person for the most part."

(lol lol! that could work. haha!)

Vertigo rubbed his chin. "Hmm. So you're a silent and meek type of person. More of a yellow." he chuckled. "By the way, we haven't actually properly introduced one another, have we?" he laughed. He flicked his fingers and a yellow rose appeared. "Well then, I'm Vertigo Valentine. Nice to meet you." he chuckled and gave it to her.

Luna took the yellow rose and smiled. "So it is true you carry roses for everyone. Well I am Luna Ookami. Sorry I don't have anything for you at the moment."

Vertigo laughed. "Not everyone. Imagine how it would look like if I gave a pink rose to a guy." he chuckled. "Ookami. Wow, that's a cool name. It's a japanese term for wolf right?"

Luna nodded. "Yes it is. And I would love to see a guy get a pink rose...but it would have to be the right guy." She smiled. "So instead of my parents giving me a japanese first name the give me a latin one....in hope to be someone in life. Kind of stupid huh?"

Vertigo chuckled. "And Luna is latin word for 'moon'. So, 'in hope to be someone in life'? I'm not really sure how having a latin first name would make you 'someone in life'. I mean, you already are someone."

"You seem me like that and everyone here sees me like that..." she stared. "But to my father I am just the one thing he couldn't have. I was told the doctors told my parents that I was going to be a boy. As you can tell I'm not. The youngest daughter in my family. Do you know how hard it is to live like that...?" she puased and realized what she was saying. Luna shifted her gaze away from Vertigo. "I'm sorry...."

Vertigo shuffled his hair and looked to the side. "No. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have asked. I didn't mean to bring unwanted memories." he sighed. "But yeah, though it doesn't look like it,I think I can understand how you feel." he smiled.

"No it's fine...." Luna mumbled. "At the moment I'm just running away from him." She glanced at Vertigo with a hint of softness in her eyes. "But it's also nice to know that I can tell someone about that...about myself. So I'm going to have to repay you."

Vertigo smiled. He was about to say it's okay, when his ear twitched upon the word 'repay'. He looked at her and smiled widely. "Repay?"

"Don't worry...." Luna replied. "I won't kiss you or anything. I'll just give you something form my little shop."

Vertigo smiled. "Can I have a request for the 'repay'ment?" he chuckled.
